Pros: The View was excellent and the rooms and the place was super clean.

Pros: It was close by to many tourist attractions, it had an exceptionally beautiful view and the property manager was very welcoming, down to earth and helpful.

Cons: Nothing it was good.

Pros: I liked very much the location very close to beach and restaurants, the apartament was clean, the bed comfortable and for my daughters the garden is very well kept, maybe it need more shaded areas . The owner is very kind and friendly, I can suggest to other families because of the beach of Buccoo Bay is so close so you can go there in 5 minutes by walk. And by car it's so easy go to Crown Point or on the opposite direction (Plymouth etc). We went to Scarbourough in 15 minutes early in the morning.

Cons: for my opinion the only thing that I didn't like so much was the bathroom: it was clean, the shower big, but overall not very big to manage with two children, but maybe it's only a my problem. If you're a couple or you have the children bigger than mine (7 and 3 y. o.) I think it's the perfect solution,

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom was air conditioned which was much appreciated! There was a nice little kitchen with utensils and pans to do your own cooking and a balcony to eat your meals. Patsy and Antonia were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I love the area - there is a secluded beach a very short walk away and there is a local shop and a fruit and veg stall at the end of the road.

Cons: Perhaps could do with a few more essentials (toilet rolls, towels etc). Also beware on Sunday nights they have Sunday School, a very loud street party which goes on well into the night so you may have trouble sleeping!

Pros: I stayed 5 days in a single room with attached bathroom here in a quiet residential neighbourhood. My wonderful host Andrew was a great source of helpful information including how to find local waterfalls and places to see and eat. One night he even made Cow Heel soup for us and it was delicious. He also helped with things like laundry, finding print shops, etc. The room has plenty of closet space, great a/c, a very comfortable bed and the guesthouse is close to many restaurants and bars just a 15 minute walk from the airport but he can arrange transportation if you don't fancy the walk. I loved my stay here and highly recommend it. Thanks again Andrew.

Cons: The only downside was that he cannot accept credit cards, but there are several ATMs very close by so that is a minor issue. I had no wifi in the airport so finding the place wasn't the easiest but get directions beforehand or just ask a friendly local.

Pros: The owner was very helpful and nice, gave me tips where to go and what to do. He was flexible with changing the reservation dates for me because of my cancelled flight. Good basic accommodation, pretty empty when I was there. Good location, 15 minutes walk from the airport, close to local restaurants, half-way between two main beaches in the area.

Pros: Owner was nice and very communicative. He tried to help whenever possible. Also offered airport transfers (though charged for them).

Cons: Sheets and towels seemed dirty and were rarely changed. Rooms not cleaned. Lack of atmosphere. This is a huge building which could have a great vibe, but instead there are just empty areas and cheap tables. Put hammocks up everywhere, comfy chairs, tables and chairs outside, lanterns, cushions, stock the fridge and do a tally system for beer/wine. Have games on offer. Laundry services. Need much more and better tour info posted. Don't charge for bikes. Offer breakfast and make it more lively.

Andrew is really a lovely host and good tips for trips to the island. Very good bananas in the garden. His hospitality and kindness made me have a very pleasant stay. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The location is right in the center, for people who want to sleep early maybe it's not quite right as you hear the music from the nearest bar, but I just liked that, close to the beach and restaurants, great. Very good value for money. I know where I will stay on my next visit! Highly recommended!

Cons: Well, I found the owner to be an interesting one. On my second day, not wearing my glasses, I knocked on the door and requested some information on tours. He turns to say he doesnt have that info and asked me if I am staying there. He then caught himself and said oh sorry yes, check the board. This was one of the many weird encounters, although I dont think anything was meant with it. However it was a great location.

Cons: You don’t have to pay when you book the room but they make you pay before the arrival, something really complicated if you are a foreigner and traveling. We couldn’t make a desposit or a transfer so we had to go a few days before to pay directly at the place... we had to waste so time doing this... maybe it would be best to pay directly when you book.

Pros: Location was fantastic, everything was nice and clean. Super relaxing chilled out spot. I’d recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them again. The manager was a really friendly dude. Great place 👍

Pros: We enjoyed our stay! The bed, the A/C, the location, the design of the place are very nice. It is close to the gorgeous beach and boat tours. The room had a fridge and a kettle, so we bought instant coffee and milk and were able to have coffee every morning. The communal kitchen was reliably available every morning. There is also communal space to hang wet bathing suites and towels. Bring your beach towel! Some tips: There’s a Caribbean minimart nearby where we bought food (they even accept credit cards). After 4 pm by the minimart a guy sells delicious doubles (local food) for only $5 TT. The area has some fun around, music and party. During the day is quiet, relaxing, and laid back. Lots of very friendly locals. Local steel orchestra comes to play to Sunday School nearby, it’s free to listen. After it there’s a fun party until 4 am. The guest house is well known among the locals and taxi drivers. The taxi from the port in Scarborough it was $80 TT at 8 pm. The taxi to the airport is around $100-$120 TT at night and $80 TT during the day. You can get a shared taxi from Buccoo junction to Crown or Pigeon point for about $15 TT per person one way.

Cons: The fridge in the room kept freezing our water and milk to ice. Shared kitchen was supposed to be available from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm, but it took us six tries to boil pasta in the evening. The kitchen was very reliably open in the mornings though. The restaurant on property had some really unpredictable hours of operation, awful service and unbelievably high prices. There are better places in the area. Our room had tiny ants in it but they easily died from insect repellant spray. But you can’t leave any food (not even crumbs) uncovered overnight - it would be covered with ants. The area was loud during the night, in some nights it was nearly impossible to sleep because of loud music or bass. There is a lot of stray dogs, cats and even chicken in the area - we were afraid of dogs a bit and it was always unpleasant to walk after dark.

Cozy place right by the sea, in the middle of Bucco with restaurants and small shops. Nice quiet beach a stone's throw away. The restaurant was there but we never tried it. The kitchen is available for own cooking. We had a room with a patio (outdoor furniture) clean and fresh. Not so big room but it is enough for a short stay. Friendly staff. Parking in front of the gates for 4 cars otherwise out on the street. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a secure and comfortable place to stay.

Pros: Firstly the staff was very friendly and the ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing. I did request a late check out because of my departure time which was granted and was also informed the after check out I could still use the facilities until I was ready to leave which was appreciated.

Cons: There wasn't a variety of vegetarian dishes at the breakfast buffet which was disappointing because staff were informed both online and on check-in at the front desk. To be more specific the vegetarian dishes were baked beans, sauté mushrooms and cheese. This is the second time I am commenting on this issue as it occurred on my last visit as well.

Cons: No one was available to check us in when we arrived at 6.45am...and finding help to check us in took almost 30 mins. Felt like they were doing us a favour checking us in that early, even though I tood them that I would be checkibgbin at that time, and they charged me from the night before for the room. We were assigned to the wrong room type. In fact, our room was not ready and they put us in a temporary room (which was fine as I had to work), however they told us we couldnt access breakfast, lunch or bar until 3.00pm, despite they callling me the day before I arrived, and quoting me an all inclusive price as if I was there from the night before. When our final room was ready they hurried us out of the temporary room because they needed it. Our room was smelly and dated, the bed type was not what we reserved ( I showed the supervisor the king bed reservation...we got two queen beds, but it was not rectified). The bed itself had bugs and we did not sleep comfortably at all during our entire stay. The galvanize over the room was flapping in the wind the safe was non functional and the plumbing leaking and old. Bar service for the entire stay was slow and poor. They ran out of drinks in the all inclusive package on the third day of our stay and we had to pay for our drinks thereafter. One night we ordered a bottle of red wine with dinner (which we were willing to pay for)...it took 90 mins to bring the wine, and they brought white wine. How can you not have one bottle of red wine at a hotel! The breakfast was great, but lunch was extremely slow.....45 mins to get a hot dog and fries. They also got our checkout date wrong...called me one day earlier to find out what time (on that day) we were checking out! I had to visit the front desk to verify my actual checkout date with them. They need to overhaul the basics of customer service at that hotel. They have potential to be great...but some serious work and management systems need to be put in place.

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and lovely. My husband and i were please with the welcoming adjustments for our honeymoon. The breakfast every morning was delicious.

Cons: The food was very bland, the atmosphere unwelcoming and the facilities (room) was dilapidated.

The rundown hotel is right at the airport and it looks worse than the rated hotel stars. There are many AIl including tourists. The breakfast is not international standard. There is a very small buffet and you can still get an omelet or fried eggs. As a fruit, there is only watermelon and papaya. The rest is distributed by a very serious kitchen help who reluctantly opens behind her blanket, the closed pots for the gasters. Say you can not just take yourself to the buffet and eat. One has the feeling that one has to beg for the prepaid breakfast. The dinner was fresh compared to the breakfast and tasted very good. The beach is not suitable for swimming. We'll be in touch to rebook as soon as possible. Thank you!

Pros: Excellent property with its own beautiful private beach. Hotel rooms are basic and have not changed in the 10yrs I have been coming, however they are clean and the sea view is fantastic. Great breakfast and Cocktails (Pink Tobago). Nice staff and always helpful

Cons: The Rooms need freshened up, you should also add a couple of bottles of water each day for guests in the room and also get the WiFi stronger.

Pros: Amazing private beach and reef. Clear blue water, amazing snorkeling opportunities for beginners. Accommodative staff and great location (quick walk from the airport).

Cons: WiFi was extremely poor, even at the hotel lobby. Bedrooms needed more pillows. Noticed a decline in breakfast options (versus last year). In room safe required maintenance service three times.

Pros: Coco Reef staff were very friendly, accommodating and quick to resolve all questions we had. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the room was wonderfully situated to provide comfort but still afford proximity to the natural grounds. Everything about the 3 day stay was awesome!

Cons: Vegan food options were slim and repetitive. I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer 😝

Pros: Fantastic location. The beach and landscaping is wonderful. The service is very good. Included breakfast were very good.

Cons: The facilities are very run down and in much need of repair and refurbishment. Cracked tiles on the floor, bathroom fixtures are in poor operating condition, beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Many dents, scratches and areas of missing paint on the floors and walls. This could be a world class resort but it appears the owners do not reinvest in up keep of the rooms. Lunch and Dinners, which were not included were very expensive and not of good quality. My wife became ill after dinner one night.

Cons: Minimal variety and low quality fruit for breakfast, limited lower body gym equipment, evening entertainment just on Saturday, some staff not cut out to be customer facing, watersports just want you to buy a Scuba Diving trip and not let you use anything else, wifi only usable in reception lobby, aircon machines right above the beds, we paid 30% more for a sea view- which we could only see in the gaps across the garden outside our room. To be honest, at £300/$400 per night- I expected more.

Cons: Rain fell. Room leaked heavily. Moved to another room but with a smaller bed. Room leaked again water flowing unto d socket area where charger was plugged in. Did not want to re-imburse properly for damaging it. After much heated discussions was re-imbursed properly

Pros: The buffet breakfast was fresh and varied. The built berm provides protection from the waves making an almost serene swimming pool in the ocean. The bed was comfortable. Restaurants located walking distance from the resort...trust me you need them.

Cons: The bed only had 2 small pillows, more has to be requested from the front desk. Pool towels are only available from the front desk but there are no signs or information advising you about that. Ants and wood rot everywhere. No elevator, no extra bath towels. The dinner is way overpriced for a mouthful of food.

Pros: Coco Reef is a short walk from the airport and overall feels very safe and mostly clean. By US standards, the bathroom in our room was pretty gross and the bedding needed updating. We were in room 210 and liked having a view of the pool and the ocean. We may stay here again, but also hope that for the price, we can find somewhere cleaner. It's hit or miss with the staff. Some are very friendly and others seem put out by guests. Melissa's fajitas at the restaurant closest to the beach are a must.

Very nice staff everywhere in the restaurant and boutiques on the beach. Close proximity to all activities. I can not wait to come back to Coco-Reef Tobago!!!

This was my first time staying at this Inn, and it certainly set the bar! It started with a call sometime recently I boarded my flight. Stein called to present himself and let me know that as soon as my flight landed he would be there to pick me up from the airport and take me to this Inn. The room was delightfully beautified, and felt exceptionally unattractive, with a little kitchenette that included, cutlery, a microwave, a little ice chest with a few refreshments as of now chilled etc. The level screen tv came equipped with each possible channel accessible (cable, Netflix, Amazon fire, 3D glasses) and free WiFi. There are an ironing board and press, holders, parts of space to store clothing, lots of shower towels, hot and cold shower, air condition, and the room is immaculate. The breakfast that's included within the cost of the Inn stay was great. You can't go wrong here. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Cons: This was the worst experience of my LIFE!! Talk about false advertisement, the pool looked more like a cesspool and the room smelled like one!!! The bed was just a piece of sponge and cardboard put together and the bedsheet looked like it got into a fight with a knife and LOST!!! On top of that there was no iron or microwave!!!! This hotel is outdated and needs to close down and renovate because they are ripping ppl off when you could get better rooms in the area for cheaper prices. I would not recommend anyone to stay here ever!!! Dexter's Apartments would be a highly recommended place to stay instead and it's in the same area so choose wisely!!!

really relaxing. my kids didnt want to leave. will definely be going back
