Pros: We booked this as we need a large room for us and our 3 children, and the room certainly was a fantastic size even with a double bed, 2 single beds and a cot. Fantastic breakfast was enjoyed by all!
Cons: The Lodge decor was a little run down and the room would have been better with a small bath rather than a shower and a chair or two to sit on but even so great value
Pros: service exellent, food fantasic, very clean, friendly staff would give a 10 out of 10 and recommend to all my friends.
Pros: The Italian Restuarant
Cons: Being charged twice and having to leave at 04.00 because the noise from other guest which went on from 23.00 to 04.00
Pros: When I arrived at the Roker Lodge it looked such a dump both inside and out that I requested a move to the adjacent Best Western Roker Hotel
Cons: I was annoyed that when I looked on the internet, I got the impression that the Roker Lodge was the same standard as the Roker Hotel. The site showed pictures of the hotel bar and offerred use of the facilities. If I had not been able to move to the hotel, my weekend would not have been as enjoyable.
Pros: Access to adjacent bar & restaurants. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Antiquated, hotch-potch conversion circa 1970's. Large rooms were chilly & staff were unable to rectify, despite trying.
Pros: Friendly staff. Nice bar and restaurents in Hotel. Lodge room (my son stayed there) adequate. Breakfast very good. Excellent position.
Cons: Originally booked two rooms in Lodge. My son's had nice sea view, mine view of a brick wall. Room far too small for me.No wardrobe. Very claustrophobic. I moved into main hotel - last room available, with view of the generators!! Ok if I kept windows and curtains closed. Bed a bit lumpy.
Pros: On arrival we were upgraded from The Lodge (unrequested).Although wasnt one of their better rooms (a little on the small side for a double) had everything we required and was clean with evrything in working order.Breakfast very good and personel in dining room at breakfast very helpful and polite
Cons: Room somewhat on small side and in basement near the gym
Pros: Service was good
Cons: Window in room broken
Pros: Good value; use of main hotel; comfortable bed; good facilities in room
Cons: Low water pressure in shower. Couldn't connect to wifi network
Pros: Good price, powerful shower, clean crisp bedsheets, sea view
Cons: Decor a bit tired

There is a bar open till late, as well as the R Bar, where the TV shows sports channels and there is a good range of value bar food and drinks. All rooms have tea/coffee, TV and full room service.
Pros: Excellent location, with modern and clean facilities.
Pros: Spacious apartment in a great central location, that was surprisingly quiet in the evenings for a city centre location.
Cons: No secure or off street parking was a slight negative.
Pros: very spacious, central, clean, good facilities. felt secure.
Pros: The facilities are very good. The location in the city centre was ideal for our purposes. All round an excellent experience.
Pros: Really clean, fantastic premium apprtment.
Pros: Convenient location opposite the Winter Gardens and Mowbray Park. Quiet and self contained property with a good fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
Cons: I would have preferred more availabililty of staff whose office hours are not weekend or late night friendly. Key collection is dependent upon a taxi company out of hours, which is uncomfortable, especially when having to wait outside the apartments looking very conspicuous as tourists.
Pros: Liked having the flexibility of the kitchen.
Cons: The pigeons that made their home on the window sills - They were very noisy. Our reservation had been "overlooked" and the office was not prepared for us to show up and check in. Even though the apartment had been "cleaned" since the last occupant(s), there was still a dirty tea cup on the coffee table and a dirty towel left in the bathroom. Also, there were the left over check-in packages from several previous guests on the sideboard in the entry.
Pros: Ease of access, Comfort, facilities cleanliness. Overall an excellent apartment and will be back.
Pros: Very central and well appointed, free wi-fi access.
Pros: queit and comfortalbe .I'm extremelly satisfied with this excellent hotel...
