Pros (+) The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also nice to have cups of a usable size and the ability to make ice in the room.

Apparently they have a long term shortage of housekeeping staff for their two huge buildings. Bring your own towels, dish detergent and clothes detergent...and coffee. Maid will come in to take trash and wet tow...
