A
6.2 Okay
Pros:The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also nice to have cups of a usable size and the ability to make ice in the room.
Cons:The "queen" size bed was anything but that. The water flow in the shower was weak and spotty and the bathroom supplies provided left a lot to be desired. We were staying for two nights, but our keycards were deactivated at check-out time the morning after we arrived, which wouldn't have been so big a deal except that the front desk was in another building so we had to drive over, get new keys, then drive back just to get something out of the room we forgot.
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:I loved the staff and how well maintained the property was.
Cons:That I couldn't say another night. I had a great time.
A
8.0 Very good
Pros:Over a six night stay, we were able to get very comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer in my unit. Loved the lazy river, that was salt water and not chlorine.
Cons:Met many unhappy families at 6pm waiting long hours trying to check their families in. This is a normal problem here and we saw families waiting in lobby on other days of our trip as well. Apparently they have a long term shortage of housekeeping staff for their two huge buildings. Bring your own towels, dish detergent and clothes detergent...and coffee. Maid will come in to take trash and wet towels, but that is it. Have your own towels on hand in case she does not arrive by the time you need more towels Unit had had a smoker in it previously. All of our clothes smell like smoke. We worked hard on trying to air out our unit during our stay. Bad WiFi kept kicking the kids phones off. Only lobby has fast wi fi.
K
