10.0 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed here several times over the years. Rooms are well kept and seem fairly new. The staff is great. The breakfast is a big bonus. Saves time in the morning so you don't have to look for someplace to eat before heading out for the day. We were visiting friends there and they came to the hotel to meet us before the parade started. They were nice enough to let our friends and their disabled daughter in a wheel chair wait in the lobby while my wife and I got ready in our room. The night light in the bathroom was a nice touch. I hate waking up in a pitch black hotel room and have to turn on the light to use the bathroom. Another nice touch was the cleaning staff left a bag of fresh towels on our door. We always leave our do not disturb sign out so if we needed fresh towels they were on the door. Free WiFi was ok.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: convenient for visiting Plymouth, very friendly staff
Cons: first floor rooms are noisy (noise from above)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay - very beautiful buildings and grounds. Only could stay one night but would definitely stay here again. Very close to the water, information center and nice shops.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close enough to destinations, but far enough away from the noise of cars and people. The staff were super friendly and helpful while providing a relaxed atmosphere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. On the day we arrived we found that our reservation somehow was not in their system. We booked through Kayak and Get a Room. We had our reservation printed out and they gave us a room to stay in until they could get it straightened out. I was a little upset thinking we might have to go home as we were there to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary. They called us in a short time to tell us we could have the room for the original 3 days that we had booked to start with. The location of the motel is great not too far from downtown. They serve a great breakfast and have a nice outside pool. I would stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were nice, the location was easy to find. The breakfast was nice and hot, and the lady in charge of breakfast actually cared that we got a fresh, hot meal. She ensured the dining area was well stocked, got rid of food gone cold and replaced it with fresh hot food, and kept it clean. She had a smile and happy attitude, as did the rest of the staff at the desk.

Cons: nothing!!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Clean, housekeeping staff did a great job every day. Lobby is nicely decorated and we'll kept.
Cons: Beds were just okay, not anything special. There were some minor issues needing maintenance in the room (a broken drawer handle, loose shower knob). Asked for a cot/rollaway which we were told was no problem, and then never got it; they were all given away despite our earlier request. Several of the outlets in the room ran off of the light switches which was a real inconvenience.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nothing fancy. A clean room and decent bed. Meets your basic needs.
Cons: Although I had called 3 days in advance of our trip to confirm the handicapped accessible room I had booked had a walk in shower and 2 beds; when we arrived and entered the romwe discovered the shower was not accessible to me. The staff was able to move our room but the new room had only one bed and a pullout sofa. Although not ideal it worked for the one night. I just wish that the room I booked had been available.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is convenient to Routes 3 and 44; we had a comfortable suite room with nice (not luxurious) amenities for a Hampton Inn.
Cons: Pool does not open until 9:00 AM; the bananas were brown and over ripe. They ran out of skim milk for breakfast on Thanksgiving Day. The hotel was very busy for the holiday weekend with lots of kids and dogs which should not be allowed.

7.1 Good
Pros: staff were very pleasant and friendly.
Cons: we had to call to have the toilet cleaned when we arrived, but it was found out to be the purple cleaner that had dried in streaks under the seat and rim. It was not a pleasant site on arrival. The rest of the room was very clean.
