The room is clean, comfortable. Good value for money. The price is affordable. Location of the hotel is near Shah Alam. Comfortable bed, strategic location, near to 7e and restaurant, easy parking. Very strategic location, near to all attractions and mall. Center city. Near restaurant, surau, convenient store. Very convenient, near shops and uitm. The room is good. Value for money. There’s a 24 hours laundry nearby, 7 Eleven, only about 5 minutes of walking, places to eat as well (got McD) and gas station. Budget worth, comfortably fit for solo traveler. The parking is strategic and quite spacious. The staff was polite and room was good. Beside hotel many foods sold there. Basic facility good enough for short trip. The location is near to the mcd and dataran shah alam. Location near the work place and eateries. Location is in the middle of town and cheaper than other room. Hassle free & peaceful location. Price and comfort. Hotel areas so closed go McDonald's, 7e and how student uitm actually part-time student must stay here because only 3km to go uitm shah alam. Everything nice and comfortable. Best location easy parking. Good location. Easy to find. Have lift. The location is very strategic. There is Mc Donald near there. There's also a lot of convenient stores around the hotel (like 7E and such). Also, the condition of the room is good. Everything works just fine. There's a towel and soap too. Hanger also given. And I just have to ask for the kettle from the reception desk. There's an iron in the hallway (that way everyone can use it). The best thing is, the reception desk is open 24 hours.

Dirty bedsheets and dirty washroom. TV channel not properly set. Provide water purifier at hotel lobby. The toilet is very dirty and it looks like it was never been cleaned. I just can’t imagine the operation of this hotel. The bed sheets look like it was never been cleaned properly. Dust on the wall. Need to take towel from registration counter to room. Cleanliness is very very bad. Bedsheets got stains and feels like never changed, bathroom is moldy, every nook and cranny in the bathroom is moldy. Aircond is leaking. Bed not clean. Toilet not clean. Many hair at bed cover. Room are not clean. Staff not friendly. This is not my first time stay here. Quality drop. Everything. No soap, dirty when checked in. Cadar kotor and terlalu banyak kesan tompok2 kuning which is not comfortable at all, dinding buruk and kotor, lantai kotor. Bed is not clean, can see old stain and room smell stuffy looks too long did not use. Room are not clean. The room environment is very smelly and the bed and mattress is very dirty and uncomfortable. The bathroom walls could be scrubbed better. Sink clogged. Cleanliness. I've been realized that after a few book/trips made to this place, cleanliness is something needed to be improved since there's a dust and unknown hair scattered under the hidden space/closet. The room was dusty, there were also some strands of hair when I first entered. The towels were given during the check-in process, not put beforehand in the room. The towels were a bit dirty, with stains on them. The toilet's door wasn't functioning. It was even hard to close and open. Only bar soap was provided. Actually facilities are good. They didn't change linen, dirty toilet, toilet dinding berlumut. Bathroom/Toilet need to improve the cleanliness. Bedsheets seem like it's not changed. Toilet bowl can be brushed to make it cleaner. Uncomfortable pillow bedsheet. Dirty toilet. Bed & bathroom cleanliness very bad. Next door room chatting till late (I assumes it is room for staff), difficult to sleep at night as I have sensitivity to sound. Toilet can be improved cause have lumut tp bearable. Dirty, not well managed. Before 5 pm, need to pay for car parking. Lift limited & kecil.
