We offer sixty-six rooms with all amenities including spacious kitchenette suites and accessible rooms. Leisure travelers can enjoy the day at Valleyfair amusement park, Historic Murphys Landing or Canterbury Race Track which are just down the road from us. Other area attractions are just minutes away which include the Mall of America, Mystic Lake Casino, Minnesota Zoo, Renaissance Festival, Stonebrooke Golf Club and Chanhassen Dinner Theater. Complementary amenities include our free continental breakfast, Free High Speed Internet Access and /free Parking as well as an indoor pool and spa. The staff was always really nice since we first got there. No complaints about them. We stayed on the 2nd floor and every night we stayed there (3) it smelled of weed...like bad. (Normally wouldn't care but the description said family friendly and we had our 8 year old with us.) Got into the room and our daughter went to use the bathroom and couldn't get out again because the doorknob jankey so we had to just not latch it. Then the worst of it happens. We saw these little teepee looking things on the floor. Thought the cleaner just missed some trash so bent down to go pick it up and it turns out they were sticky traps for pests. 7 of them were in our room. So... that was severely unnerving but we decided to give it a go since there were no pests in the traps. Thought maybe they were gone. Beds were hard and the hot tub was disgusting. Bubbles were grey. Like they were caked in dead skin. Soooo not happy.
Pros:Slept good, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly
Cons:The bathroom door was broke in my room The pool was gross I couldn't even see the bottom of the pool cause it was so cloudy and dirty, it was worse than my backyard pool
Pros:One employee.. just one!
Cons:It was dirty and gross! I had white crusty stuff on my blankets I asked for clean ones abd was told no! And this was at the beginning of my stay I had not slept in that bed yet, I pulled the blanket back and there it was!!! Gross NEVER EVER AGAIN!
