Pros: Very clean and quiet, nice tv and coffee maker in room, had balcony.
Cons: No fridge and no microwave, twins fan cable had no fox sports north for us twins fans and no me tv station.
Pros: THE ROOM LAY OUT WAS PERFECT AS WELL AS THE LOCATION OF OUR ROOM & THE BED WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!!
Cons: THE THERMOSTAT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE AND IT NEEDED TO BE ADJUSTED PRACTICALLY HOURLY FOR US TO TRY AND BE COMFORTABLE. THE FAN NEVER TURNED OFF WHICH MADE IT DRAFTY AND COLD. WE HAD THE MAINTENANCE GUY COME INTO THE ROOM TO TRY AND FIX IT AT 2:00 A.M. AS HE DISASSEMBLED AND POUNDED ON THE HEATER FOR ABOUT 20 MIN IT STILL DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT HE DID GET IT TO WARM UP. THANK YOU MAINTENANCE GUY!!
Pros: Everything! It was centrally located. The rooms
We're very clean. Staff was wonderful. The restaurant was priced perfectly and convenient so we didn't have to worry about going somewhere else to eat. It was amazing.
Pros: Whenever we are in the area this is where we like to stay. The rooms are always clean, staff is courteous and helpful, amenities are great and it's near restaurants and shopping. Plus we get a great deal when we book online.
Pros: Clean with good basic amenities, friendly and helpful staff and easy access to arterial highways.

Pros: Enjoy my stay, and first hotel ever, let us check in early!
Pros: Location was great nice and close to the Arboretum and the ground were really nice.
Cons: Felt very institutional. Like it was used for a sterile corporate training facility.
Pros: Everything was good.
Cons: It was all good
Pros: Beautiful facility in a beautiful location. A bit out and away I suppose for some but that's what I like in an urban setting. I would recommend to anyone. Very pleased with our experience
When visiting Chaska, Oak Ridge Hotel and Conference Center is a great choice to consider. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at Seasons, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a sauna are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like pillowtop beds with Egyptian cotton sheets.
Pros: Very comfortable. Nothing fancy but everything we expected and more.
Cons: Some furnishings starting to show age.
Pros: The room was perfect for our needs.
Cons: The pool was small and the water was green.
Pros: The room and breakfast was nice.
Cons: The hotel shutter could be used to take guests to work but would not take guests to the Eden Prairie Mall which was only about a mile away. Children continually running down the hall or in their room which greatly interrupted my rest.
Pros: Location. Near highway and shopping, easy travel to lots of sites in Twin Cities.
Cons: The daily room cleaning left something to be desired. We did comment about this a few times to the front desk and on the last day were offered a refund of two nights. Very satisfied with the refund.
Pros: It was easy to find.
Cons: The breakfast area is small. There is a nice outside area right outside the pool so my family ate out there.
Pros: Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel.
Cons: We did have an unknown $7 charge from the hotel that was never explained to us, and did not show up on our bill. We didn't really say anything about it because the place was so great, but it was a little curious.
Pros: I liked that it was a decent place to stay and keep the kids entertained for a couple of days.
Cons: Hard to feel like a suite when the beds are two feet apart. Part of the experience was dampened by the obnoxious kids across the hall, too, so it may be better a different time.
Pros: The hotel had shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The all day coffee and morning breakfast were convenient and tasty, great selections. Costco nearby to pick up your m.o.a all day wristbands and gas while in Minnie.
Cons: The hotel was in the midst of a minor cosmetic renovation. The area's being worked on were properly taped off from the public just a bit unexpected.
Cons: Floor was not vacuumed. Shower had residue in the corners. Bathroom vent had black residue in it. Hot tub vent in pool area had residue. Pool area had dirty towels all around in the chairs.
Pros: Free breakfast
Pros: It was a great location, everything was in walking distance.
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, good hot breakfast, free wifi, late adult swim,
Cons: Not cleaned properly...microwave was dirty inside, smelled like curry. Coffee machine had crusty food stuck on it and a bunch of calcium flakes inside. Carpets were not vacuumed during our stay.

Pros: Nice sized too with decent breakfast and excellent service. Rooms were clean but there were mosquitoes in the room that kept bothering us.
Cons: Mosquitoes in room
Pros: We received a free upgrade-what a wonderful surprise!!
Pros: I was upgraded to an amazing huge room! The staff were kind and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again and again.
Pros: Very nice room for the money.
Cons: When others left the building, the door made a lot of noise. The cleaning lady kept knocking on the door and we had a late checkout.
Pros: The kitchen is a definite plus at this hotel. Lots of space in the room.
Cons: The beds were very disappointing, old and of poor quality. The linens were also very poor. It was very noisy from the room above. Ran out of hot water and therefore had cold showers. The rooms need updating.
Pros: The only thing making this the stars it is, was the morning breakfast.
Cons: Poorly finished and 'updated' rooms.
Pros: Buildings were old but rooms are spacious and updated with a full kitchen which was nice. Along with friendly staff, the hotel had a complimentary happy hour Mon-Wed with free food and drinks which was also a nice touch. Nice gym.
Cons: Pool was outdoors and the location can be confusing if you don't use GPS. Not really a big deal to me though. I enjoyed my stay with a nice quiet room, plenty of options to eat and drink, and shops close by. Something for everyone.
Pros: Good breakfast and friendly staff
Cons: Rooms seemed a little older. But very clean.
Pros: Not the best
Cons: 1. There is no privacy in the room, the curtains are in bad shape and they are not closing properly 2. The room is freezing, cold air is coming from outside, not able to sit in the couch because of the leaking glass windows. 3. Poor dirty shower place
Cons: It was an extended stay hotel. A little on the sketchy side.
Pros: It was a nice hotel in a nice area close to the attractions we wanted to see.
Cons: The hotel was great but some of the linens didn't seem to be as clean as I would expect or hope. Bad luck.....possibly.
Pros: Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The hallways seemed a bit dingy. The floor was uneven and hard to walk on. The outside door did not close to lock and I felt this was a security issue since they were all separate buildings.

Cons: Replace the elevators as they broke down and staff said it happens quite often!! Sunday morning check out saw us using the stairs from the fifth floor.
Pros: Nicely appointed room, clean, courteous service
Cons: Breakfast too crowded
Cons: Water temp was ridiculously cold, no hot tub, no vending on any floors, and over priced concessions
Pros: The rooms are great, pool is nice and warm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was awesome.
Pros: I had a nice suite-like room with a very comfortable king-sized bed and small living area with a couch. It was roomy, clean and quiet.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I had made a mistake when booking through Kayak and accidentally entered the wrong arrival date. The man at the front desk was super nice in helping me and making sure that I would not be double charged.
Cons: No complaints! Would definitely stay there again.
Pros: Breakfast was very good fresh pancakes were delicious
Cons: Popcorn in the couch, pool a little dirty
Pros: Clean room and convenient for the purposes of my visit... Easy to airport and downtown... Basic...
Pros: The rooms were great. Clem, nice and large and free wifi. Very comfortable bed. It seemed most if the travelers were there for business.
Cons: The lounge could be much improved on space and atmosphere. The fitness area was "okay" but rather small and filled quickly.
Pros: Great updated rooms, clean, beautiful. Free Wifi.
Cons: Expensive fee for pets. $75
Guest rooms feature the Hyatt Grand beds, media and work center with a 42 in flat panel HDTV that easily integrates with laptops and other devices, a comfortable cozy corner L-shaped sofa-sleeper, wet bar and bathroom upgraded with granite countertops. 24-hour Grab n Go food outlet offers made-to-order entrees, sandwiches, soups, and salads. Pros: Waterslide was great, nice breakfast and newer motel
Cons: Bathtub didn't drain so for a family of 6 most of us had to stAnd in dirty water past our ankles to shower
Pros: Great hotel. Quiet. Nice touches. Nice staff.
Cons: It was perfect.
Pros: Great comfortable beds!!
Pros: the front desk was amazing. That evening they took us to the Chanhassen Dinner theatre and then picked us up even though technically the shuttle stopped running 45 minutes earlier. I realized I forgot my FITBIT in the room. They kept if safe for me
Pros: Location and breakfast
Cons: Smoke alarm was beeping. We informed the desk immediately and they indicated that it would be fixed. I went to bed because I had recent surgery and then they ask us to move. Not pleasant when I have a 10 pound lifting limit per the Doctor.
Pros: The breakfast was amazing!
Cons: Had a slight issue with the freezer portion of the fridge in the room leaking water/defrosting as it had been turned way down/off prior to my arrival, but they fixed it right away.
Pros: Everything was very clean and accommodating! Loved the later breakfast time on Sunday and the breakfast was very good, better than most! Our room was spacious and very clean!
Cons: The TV cut out constantly and the air conditioner never shut off, just ran and ran which dried us out to the point we ran the shower trying to add moister into the room along with wet towels on the top of the air conditioner but nothing helped.
Pros: Friendly staff, accommodating, clean rooms, great pool with water slide
Pros: Nice in most ways
Cons: Really slow internet.
Pros: The pool water wasn't freezing like so many pools and the water side was a nice bonus. Staff was incredible helpful and kind. Breakfast options were extensive, the rooms were spacious and the pillows were soft.
Pros: It's a very nice place.
Cons: I had to drive a couple miles for dinner, only fast food was nearby.
Pros: Everything. Nothing bad about it.

Pros: the staff were all very nice and knowledgeable. The room was clean and spacious, A good price for what you get. I would stay there again.
Pros: It was clean, nice, the bed was good. The pool was a bit small but nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to Shakopee and all the big attractions like Valley Fair and the Ren Fest.
Cons: The location was awkward, it was close to Shakopee which was nice, but there was a strange frontage road that was hard to find in order to get to the parking lot. Also the breakfast was really expensive and not worth the price.
Pros: The staff were excellent....very friendly and accommodating. We were always greeted with a smile upon entering no matter how busy the staff were. The lobby is beautiful and very attractive. The room was very nice and clean and bed very comfortable. Will definately stay here again.

Cons: It was being remodeled and that was not disclosed when we rented the room. The people they have doing the remodel do not do quality work. The breakfast was lacking big time. You couldn't use over half of the parking lot. There was no sign indicating the name of the motel as the old sign was still up.

Cons: We had a handicap elderly parent with us and our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Also the pool was very cool. And I know it is a dog friendly hotel and I love dogs but someone across the hall from us left their dog unattended for 4 house and he barked the whole time.
Pros: Accommodating front desk staff
Cons: Our first room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, but luckily we were able to be relocated. The breakfast buffet was limited in options, and the fitness "center" was disappointing - merely a small room with three pieces of creaky equipment.

Cons: Room and linens smelled musty and old. Air conditioner made so much noise that every time it went on was so noisy it woke me up. Would never stay there again.
When visiting Chanhassen, AmericInn Chanhassen is a great choice to consider. Guests can take a dip in the indoor pool or grab a bite to eat at Houlihans Restaurant, which serves lunch and dinner. A health club and a spa tub are offered, and rooms have conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: DIDN'T CLEAN ROOM FOR OUR SECOND NIGHT HOTEL WAS GENERALLY DIRTY INCLUDING ELEVATOR BATHROOM TILE MOLDY
Pros: Setting in the Chaska Village. Garage parking. Breakfast was good.
Pros: Bed was pillowtop and comfy, the pullout was convenient. Loved having a full size fridge in the room (we got the suite)
Cons: This could be a great hotel with just a little organization and stiffer cleaning. The shower heads and drains are badly in need of de-scaling (NOT EXPENSIVE!!) and the room was a little dirty. Also there was no dish soap or dishwasher soap for the room.
Pros: the staff was very accommodating in switching our rooms when the A/C was not working in first room.
Cons: outdated, room a/c not working, uncomfortable bed, lots of wall paper pealing and not overall clean.
Pros: Nice location by the river; potentially nice outdoor area by pool.
Cons: Hotel furnishings/finish were old &'tired'. This could have been made up for by cleanliness, but wasn't. The hallway carpets & chair moldings did not appear to have been cleaned for quite some time. Sink area in room was very dirty, outdoor area unswept.
Pros: The staff was amazing, and very accomidating.
Pros: the staff was good the meal with hot eggs and bacon the location was good
Cons: hotel is not marked clearly was hard to fined even with my gps
Pros: Location in downtown Chaska. Near waterway and good downtown pub
Cons: Breakfast was awful. Supposed to go until 10:00. Came down at 9:00 to no hot food at all. No attendant anywhere. I think the front desk person was trying to do both. Juice in machine was basically orange water. Dining area was super hot hand stuffy.
Pros: Cost & location
Cons: It definately could use some maintenance, my mother who is in her 70's fell off the toilet as the seat was so loose, thankfully she was hurt, the Tv didn't work & any channels that did come in were unwatchable as they went in and out.
Cons: My room was dirty, the hallways were in poor repair, would not stay there again.
Pros: Location makes it a great stay
Cons: Rugg not clean more often
Pros: Location justifies this hotel. River right behind it and in the old beautiful part of chaska
Cons: Rooms could be cleaner but for the most part it was a pleasant stay.
When visiting Chaska, GrandStay Hotel & Suites Chaska is a great choice to consider. Guests can relax at the spa tub, work out at the 24-hour fitness center, or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. An indoor pool and a garden are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: sheets were dirty, shower curtain moldy, tub would not drain for at least 30 minutes
Pros: The staff were friendly. The location was great for our travel needs.
Cons: The bathroom was not clean. Hair on the floor and mildew in the shower. Also the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Sleeping in my car would have been more restful.
Pros: Clean spacious room, fair price
Cons: Lack of parking, especially boat trailers or business trailers. Cramped.
Pros: Generally clean and bed comfortable
Cons: Hallway smelled of smoke. Bathroom could be cleaner
Pros: Location (close proximity to work and convenient to shopping and restaurants)
Cons: No dislikes per ae. Just a plain simple no frills hotel.
Pros: Location - close to Mall, restaurants, bars, and Highway
Cons: Poor housekeeping evident throughout. Black mold on the tub caulking. Guests congregate in groups outside to drink and smoke next to entrances. Thousands (literally) of cigarette buts on sidewalks, drive, and parking lots. Overflowing garbage cans outside
Pros: The staff were friendly. Good location especially if you are a fan of Costco which is almost next door. Has a kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave and stovetop.
Cons: We had two rooms with 4 people who were not couples. They were unable to get us a room with 2 beds. The second room had a very loud ac unit and the two who stayed there had trouble sleeping. Garbage was overflowing near the picnic/smoke area.
Pros: Better than average for Extended Stay America. This one really is a 2 1/2 star property.
Pros: free wifi
Pros: This should not be rated as a 2 1/2 or three star it did not meet any of my expectations
Cons: The staff was rude and not helpful the hotel stunk and it definitely wasn't what I wanted or what I paid for.
Pros: Location. Clean.
Cons: Not a lot to choose from for breakfast.
Pros: Great location
Cons: Front desk staff whole checking in process. Very new and and gave wrong answers to my questions.
At Extended Stay America-Minneapolis-Eden Prairie-Technology Dr, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Mall of America. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 6 AM and 9 AM. Apartments feature bonuses like refrigerators, refrigerators, and microwaves.
Pros: It was small and peace full so I could sleep .
Cons: staff was quick and to the point no time for any question or to help you with area infortion.
It's the type of place you go to sleep at. It's not an amusement park in a hotel.
Pros: It was everything it was advertised to be. I don't like places that build themselves up and then are much less.
Cons: Nothing that distracted from the stay.
Pros: It was a place to rest .
Cons: This place is not kept up! Even the candy in the vending machine was expired! I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone!
Cons: We had a smoking room, I am a smoker but have never smelled someplace like this before. It was so bad within an hour our eyes were watering and irritated. We had to crank the ac and open the window, we also doused the whole room in febreze still stunk..
A two star rating is generous for this property.
Pros: The location.
Cons: The room was small and the bed and bedding was old.
Cons: the bed was like sleeping on plywood. the staff was rude and when i was packing my car i went back in to get some other things he had been watching me he shut off my card key. it was nowhere near checkout time. i do not reccommend staying there.
This is a decent enough hotel to stay in.
Pros: The locations was convenient for where I had my work conference.
Cons: It was definitely out-dated and older. I think that there could be some updates.
Overall the hotel was as expected. Nothing fancy but for the price it was just fine.
Pros: Good clean rooms.
Cons: Breakfast area is pretty small with seating for about 6
This is a one star motel--with that in mind, it served its purpose. I've stayed here before and knew what to expect. It is what it is.
Pros: Right in Chaska, close to where I needed to be
Cons: Staff not always, shall we say, overexuberant Breakfast was what was expected for the price; primarily carbohydrates; would have liked to see maybe a hard boiled egg or some fresh fruit
Because my son almost 15 hours away from home was not 21 at first he was refused his stay. When calling Priceline and looking for help for my child they informed me that it was a policy, would not refund the money, and i was out of luck. My son was stuck 15 hours from home,no place to stay, and i was terrified. I was thankful to the owner/manager of the hotel who came to my son and offered to let him stay. He did require a $100 dollar deposit on the room because my son wasnt 21 but refunded that amount to my son upon his departure. I could not have located a more kind person in this instance. I would definately say this was not the most fancy hotel, but there was a good heart working there. I cannot say enough about how i will never use Priceline again. They were rude and did not care about my situation neither as a parent or a customer. I will always use the place i have always used to book hotels where i have never had an issue such as this before.
Pros: I booked this room for my 20 year old son who had to travel to this area. I didnt realize that there was an age restriction of 21 years of age to stay in this area.
Cons: Using Priceline to obtain it!
I loved the location and the look of the hotel! Although a lot of the businesses around it were completely closed and out of business! Overall, the room quality and cleanliness were great until I found Ramen noodles in the water resevour of the coffee maker and it looked like white little worms!!! I just felt that he angry every time he saw me for us getting the room too cheap! I told him maybe he should participate with Priceline then and he said he had no choice but he really actually made it sound like he would charge extra for everything he could just to make some money off that booking! He made me feel guilty and went on and on about it!
Cons: The manager!!!! He complained to me that he was only making xxx/night because I booked it through Priceline! So he charged me xxx night addl to request a smoking room which I paid. Then hecontinued complaining about how cheap I got the room!
