Very nice hotel at a perfect location

Great service, they let me store luggage for a few days while I travelled to another city. Across the road from a nice plaza-style mall and next to a large grocery.

I particularly liked the location .

I was disappointed the swimming pool was not operational and also disappointed this was not clear (advertised) when I was making the booking. I'm guessing i may have booked a different hotel if I had known that in advance, as having a pool was one of the reasons I booked that hotel in the first place. To my knowledge there was no reduction in the daily room rate in recognition their pool was not operational.

Staff was very friendly.

The room is very clean and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The location is slightly further out of city centre.

Clean, comfortable, efficiently run. Good help from concierge and reception staff.

A bit far from the main attractions in town, but an interesting part of the city - residential, with upscale shopping nearby.
