Pros (+) I arrived after 1 a.m. The Hilton Associate who checked me in was courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was a long, long walk from the desk. Because of the time, my car was parked a great distance from any available entry/exit door and it was teeming rain. So what, right? NO HAIRDRYER. Seriously, no blow dryers in the rooms. Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Hotel cared about our experience. The Location was perfect for us and plenty of things around to do.
Cons (-) Housekeeping for room could have been better. Sink was dirty and had toothpaste spatter all over mirror, sink, counter, and faucet. Had to go to front desk to get wash cloth and call front desk for tp because we ran out (wasn't refilled). The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped for a while.
