Very nice, modern place. Excellent value for the money, lovely fish restaurants at the quay. just 5 min. from the sea.

Breakfast should be more generous....

The staff was excellent - very helpful and caring. I loved the swimming pool and the view from the window. the breakfast also delicious. I recommend the hotel for business trips.

The location is quite problematic when you do not have your own car...taxi is quite expensive. The distance to Tuyap Expo Centre is around 15km.

You can pay with card. Comfy room. Breakfast included. Goog communication to Tuyap Center.

Only few staff members speak decent English. Problems with internet coverage on higher floors.

The hotel is quite rundown and in great need of refurbishment, particularly pool areas. It is far from being 5 star. Breakfast was poor.

We expected more from a 5star hotel. With one exception none of the personnel spoke sufficient English. Twice the room service forgot the towels. All restaurants served only the same short menu of the beach restaurant. There is a wider room service menu, but this was treated as a secret: we received one only after long negotiations with the reception and it was taken from the room again next day by room service. The beach and pool facilities were untidy.
