Cons (-) Front desk staff is rude. Concierge service is useless and incompetent at best. The road and landscaping need to be better maintained.

Cons (-) It is a timeshare organization so they're going to give you a bedroom to begin with and then you will upgrade if you listen to their presentation which they say is 90 minutes and last for 5 hours

Pros (+) The water, beach, and friendliness of the staff was outstanding! We especially liked the guys in Aqua Mania who gave us the scoop on the best snorkel site (Divi Bay, with a sunken sailboat, helicopter and submarine!) We had a GREAT room with an awesome view in the newest part of the resort.
Cons (-) Resturant choices were not great on property, and the building layout was little confusing.
