The reservation has been done for twin beds but the hotel offered a double.
Good location and view
Cristina in the reception greet us with this sentence “your id please” not even “hi”. Also, I booked 2 rooms, one with balcony so I asked which key was for the balcony room, she was not happy to have to double check that and finally asked to check myself. She was not going to give us any information regarding to the breakfast schedule or wifi password so we had to ask and she was not pleased to have to answer questions. We asked about the parking and she only said the price, not even how to access it, for how long for that price... The worst recepcionist I’ve ever met and I’m not the typical customer who is prone to complain
The room was very new and nicely equipped with everything you need. Everything seemed newly renovated and it looks a lot better from the inside than it seems on the first sight from outside. The window in our room had a beautiful view on the mountains. We even stayed one night longer since the hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast had a large selection of international sweet and salty food. The pool and sauna was nice but very crowded though.
Pool closes early Reception staff wasn’t able to explain room configuration and beds in a clear way so that our 16 people group of 4 families can decide how to split up.
The room decor
Although it seemed clean the carpet had long black hairs and this made my trip a bit unpleasant as my girlfriend is blonde :)).
