Pros: Very clean and modern. Nice breakfast and coffee in the morning. Staff was very friendly. Definitely would stay again.
Pros: Fridge, microwave in room. Convenient location. Free wifi and breakfast. Close to gas, food, services.
Cons: Sheets smelled strongly of bleach. Poor soundproofing. Bed was not supportive-woke up with hip and back pain. Room overlooked freeway on ramp. Pretty sure I heard gunfire at around midnight. Not the hotel's fault, but not the get away I had in mind.
Pros: Location and room options.
Cons: Understaffed for a weekend, sheets not provided with baby crib request and were told we had to put the sheets on the mattress. I'm sorry, but sheets should already be on the mattress when delivered to room. Pool not heated for an area where it remains fairly cool year round.
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at theHampton Inn. The staff were professional and accommodating.n the room was quiet and clean. We will book again when we visit the area

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and did not smell like smoke.
Cons: The latch at the top of the sort was broken, so we only had the deadbolt.
Pros: location, ambiance, room layout
Cons: EXPLODING JOHNS! These horrendous, outdated, water-saving johns SHOCK your partner to death when flushed at night; they are 100 db when flushed. Also, the water smelled and tasted awful from the taps here - not sure why. PLEASE replace those johns with modern, quiet, water-saving johns - you GOTTA do this!
Pros: At all times of the day, it seemed like most places are at night. No crowded elevator, no noisy neighbors, everything was always clean and accessible, the staff is VERY friendly and prompt to attend to any questions or services. Simply one of the best experiences I've had, the entire weekend.
Pros: The hotel and rooms were nice, clean, and updated. I didn't have any trouble with the temp of the room and the beds were pretty comfortable. The location is right off the freeway so it was easy to get to and not a far drive from restaurants and wineries. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was much better than others I have been to. The staff was super friendly and accommodating (we had an issue early in the morning which I'll explain in what I didn't like).
Cons: The style of the building is set up with all the rooms facing the hallway on the inside... We were woken up at 7am by a group of younger girls that were talking and laughing very loudly. Unfortunately our room was next to the elevator upstairs that had a small sitting area where the girls kept running back and forth from and continued their early morning there. Luckily the staff accommodated us with a later check out since we had trouble sleeping. I suggest asking for a room at the end of the halls if you want more privacy.
Pros: Comfy feel, big room, decent breakfast
Cons: 2 days out of 3 we had showers that were cool. Initially we were given a room with 2 queen beds when we'd requested 1 king. Front desk staff was able to get us a new room right away.
Pros: The room was clean; the service was good; and the price was fair.
Cons: All was fine.
Pros: Staff was very helpful
Cons: The hotel was overrated by kayak. Breakfast was not great nor was there a place to sit.....
Pros: Free wifi and amazing breakfast. The tub in the room was perfect.
Pros: Walking in to such a clean, neutral aroma front lobby. Everything was in it's place. The luxury of how the front desk was set up. So impressed, even with the chandler.
Elevator was set inside it's own private entrance, So kept the allure of a 4 star hotel.
Our room was spectacular. A smoke free single king bed. Was so impressed with the couch in our room instead of a cold set of chairs and a wobble table. Carpet was immaculately clean. No wall or carpet damage anywhere. Window opened and we had fresh air. Our room had no lingering odor of smoke and no perfume cover up.
Continental breakfast was amazing. There was always someone there to make sure fresh coffee, fruits, muffins. Counter was clean.
Staff asked if there was anything else we need, I will be looking for Best Western more frequently now. I have always told my friends, Best Western has the most comfortable beds, and that is what is so important to many travels. That good night sleep.
Cons: I own my residential business, an I must say, I really put this Best Western to the test. Only thing I saw, and kid you not. In the elevator entry, left side by elevator, was a cob web and has been there for a bit, looks as if it was over looked because it was hanging down. Can you believe, that's it! Bathrooms, room, lobby etc. was amazing.

Pros: Check in was great. The room was ready early and were able to unpack an settle in.
The onsite staff were always pleasant and helpful.
Cons: We had 2 rooms. After leaving my daughter realized she left a valuable keepsake necklace in her room. She called to hotel and after much effort spoke with the manager. She was told the necklace was not found. This is unsettling. The room was locked and only staff had a key. What happened to the necklace?
Footnote: My daughter is married, was staying with her husband and the necklace was his wedding present to her.
Cons: Overly priced!
Pros: Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful
Cons: One suggestion- the tile around the pool is extremely slippery. They really need to fix that

Cons: Complimentary breakfast was gross. Eggs were very hard, hash browns were not fully cooked and waffle maker was not working properly
Cons: TV would not go above 25, which caused you to not be able to hear it over the AC.
The bathroom faucet was so plugged with calcium that it was like using a squirt gun to wash your hands.
The AC would not keep the temperature steady, so there were times when it was very hot and then very cold.
The carpet was loose and looked old.
Pros: Had a little mishap with the room reservation but Melanie at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. We were even upgraded and given a bottle of wine. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy! Will definitely stay here again-- we will just book from hotel directly!!
Cons: The breakfast was very good except for that bacon. ..If you could call it bacon. It was pretty nasty. And also our room had a funny smell to it when we first walked in. Also, it would have been nice to have some bottled water in the room since I was unable to find the vending machines on my floor.

Cons: not star level
Pros: Friendly staff
Pros: It was on the way to our final destination.
Cons: Everything was great!!
Pros: Clean room
Cons: Loud traffic all night. Hotel staff gave us a key to an already occupied room. People going in and out of the room all night. Bad coffee in the morning at 6 am. We got no sleep. Otherwise right by freeway on ramp.
Pros: friendly staff and very helpful
Cons: the heater and the aircon is optional you can only have one either the air conditioner or the heater. The wifi is not free and if you pay the wifi you can only access one device. There is no either small refridgerator or a microwave or coffee pot at all.
Cons: Place smelled like smoke & was told it was a nonsmoking room, yet there was an ash tray in the room. There was water running in someone's room all night long night along & someone either was up watching tv all night or fell aslpeep with the tv on.
Cons: Many flies in the room, very annoying. Made me doubt the quality of the motel
Pros: The staff is very friendly and prompt to did things. The location was quietly tucked away. The room is modern. The price is right!
Cons: The vending machines were not working and there were no fridges in the rooms. I had a non smoking room next to someone who was smoking. The toilet is outrageously loud when flushing.
Won't ever stay there again. In fact at my convention, I told people NOT to stay there.
Cons: Front desk guy. And the wood floors were filthy. I spilled a bit of water. Cleaned it up and the towel was black.
Pros: The flooring had some soiled areas between beds and night stands. Cobwebs in corners of bathroom and up near ceiling.

Cons: Heater needs repair, went on but never warmed the room. Very cold that night and uncomfortable.
Pros: good value
Cons: very clean;friendly staff
Pros: Clean room, price, location
Cons: Wi Fi did not reach my room! Worked fine in office but no signal if you are not near the office! Bare bones motel, no microwave, fridge, coffee service. And the TV had only 20 channels half of them in another language! No HBO or other premium channels, even if you wanted to pay for them.
When visiting Livermore, Springtown Inn is a great choice to consider. Free perks include WiFi and self parking.
Pros: When we arrived there was no one around to check us in. The lobby was full of people waiting and it took 15 minutes for someone from the back room to open the door and see the lobby full. They then said we will be right with you and left again. Very unprofessional for the hospitality business. When we finally did get to our room the AC/heater was broken and only one window was not broken. It also had the stove and sink but no supplies to go with using any of it. Definitely one of the worst hotels I have stayed at.
Cons: Location, price
Pros: Front Desk Aaron and Kevin were very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were clean, has a coin operated laundry facility.
Cons: First 2 nights, TV wasn't working. Took so much walk to the front desk to ask for one. The manager (yes the manager) was not of help at all. All he could do is nod and nod. Nothing else. No public restroom (fyi).
When visiting Dublin, Extended Stay America - Dublin - Hacienda Dr. is a great choice to consider. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast available daily. Rooms feature kitchens and flat-screen TVs.
Cons: I think he gave me the worst room because it was at a discount.
