The hotel in in average condition, the breakfast staffs are very friendly and courtesy, the chefs are doing a wonderful job making delicious food, especially the Chinese chef at the Laksa station, however the hotel's operator and Front desk receptionists are not very friendly, do not feel they give any attention to loyalty guests...

Pros (+) Modern luxury hotel in a great location. Great service, amazing pool and rooftop!
Cons (-) It can be a little confusing to get in and out of hotel to the Main Street initially because of it’s entrance at 2nd floor level but you will get used to it after few times
