The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist is extremely helpful. The staff at this hotel were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The staff are very helpful, warm and accommodating. Friendly staff all round.

The experienced was terrible! The bedsheet got stains, the floor was dirty, there is no hairdryer in the room, no face tissue at all. The room is not the one we saw in the picture and booked. Rooms are insanely small, cockroaches, bedbugs, no amenities and not clean at all. The toilet is not clean and the room as well. The bedsheet didn't change and got some stain on it. The place is so dirty and no good room. The room is too small and not clean at all, have disgusting smell inside. The beddings have stains, old furniture.
