Quiet location in small town...only 30 minutes from Dubrovnik. very comfortable room w balcony and water view. Clean, with very good facilities - indoor AND outdoor pools, whirlpool tubs. Lovely beach ideal for our morning swim!!
We are foodies - so no big kudos for the breakfast - good choices but omelette needs a bit more work! Consistently undercooked and runny.
Nice place to relax. 25min drive to Dubrovnik (no traffic) but there are taxis and shuttles if need be. Beach is great and pools are awesome. Some nice places to walk around and have a relaxing night. Options or rent boats and other recreational activities
Bit far from Dubrovnik if you are looking to “walk” but that’s the south of Croatia. You need a car and or a way to get around. But the hotel has everything you need and will accommodate you
The beach front location was fantastic and the views were amazing! The sea water was clear and lovely to swim in. The views were lovely especially for dinner and watching the sunset go down. They do cater well for babies and families, not a couples of a friends destination.
Breakfast was nice, but the dinners were not, it was the same thing everyday, if you’re a fussy Eater I would not recommend. The restaurants around the hotel were okay, I found one decent place but wasn’t amazed by the food. The staff were quite grumpy and weren’t very helpful, if you went to dinner early you had waiters just standing and staring at you, and if it was busy you’ll get no service, there needs to be a balance. The rooms were average, quite small, the maids cleaned well, however, the lobby was always wet, and the toilets in the lobby were disgusting. I had a massage and exfoliation at the amazed spa, I wouldn’t recommend this, phones were buzzing in the room which made it not relaxing, and the massage itself was normal. My check in experience was also awful. I didn’t get any information.
Very clean rooms. Good air conditioning. Pleasant, kind staff. Lovely seaside location. Quiet, spacious sun bathing area including beach, paved pier area and poolside sun loungers. Beautiful views of sea and mountains.
The food generally was of a lesser standard than we expected. The breakfast buffet was quite good with nice fresh bread and rolls, a selection of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and cold meats. There was also a hot buffet but the food wasn’t always hot enough. Omelettes and fried eggs were cooked to order but the quality was inconsistent- sometimes undercooked, sometimes burned. The dinner was disappointing on quite a number of nights. The main issues were lack of variety and tough meat dishes. The exact same selection of mixed vegetables were offered every night during our stay. Red meats were especially tough while the fish options were always cooked in a lot of garlic and often were dried out probably from sitting too long in the heated buffet dishes. On occasion the food was better with some nice salads and soups. However many salads had raw, dry cabbage included which made them bitter to taste.
