Noise in the property and in the room
The common room is a lovely chill zone. The breakfast is amazing. The dinner is alright, but can you really complain for free dinner? The rooms were very nice, with ours having a common area for about ten people, and ample bathrooms.
I have never had such creaky beds in any hostel. I thought the bunk above me was going to collapse anytime she moved. The hostel is huge and spread out, so I was about a four minute walk from the main building. Not bad, but kind of a pain at times.
It was clean. The stuff was friendly. Good atmosphere.
Power sockets should be supplied by every bed.
Good breakfast (eggs, yogurt, waffles, fruit, coffee, toast) and decent dinner (choice of pasta, lentils, or potato dish) as well, especially considering it's included in the price. Our private room was quite spacious and had everything needed. The floor we were on had two toilets and two sinks so no issues with waiting; there was also a small kitchen area was basic amenities. Staff was good, always friendly; they quickly swapped out a fan that wasn't working in our room. Social area was good for chatting with people at mealtimes.
They have something like seven buildings so if you're in a private room it may be a bit of a walk to get to your room from the main building (around 10 minutes for ours). The main building common area is great but the private room buildings are very quiet and not really meant for meeting people.
Super nice hostel. Almost unique system with included breakfast and dinner !
