The cleanliness and the staff
Good service, good place to stay.
Smells of sewer gas. Repairs incomplete. Little to no housekeeping. Breakfast cooking bad.
the bed the room the location all substandard
Clean and fairly priced at the discount level. Quiet too. The breakfast is more than fair.
The sheets on the bed were too small. They kept popping off at the corners. Towels are starting to show wear too
Great breakfast, clean area, they had a working guest computer. Friendly staff
The lack of King rooms
The price and cleanliness.
The check-in was easy, the breakfast was very good, & the staff there were very nice. The room was very clean. Lobby and breakfast areas were nice.f...ran out of room to put this down below.
There was a roaring, rumbling sound all night long that seemed to be coming from a nearby area. Chair in the room needed to be recovered (it had a plastic cover that had been torn in several places ). There was a problem with light switch between beds.
Went the extra mile to secure my happiness
bed was super comfortable
carpet looked worn, fell getting out of the bathtub
Rooms need updating, especially carpeting. Air conditioner smelled musty.
Nice hotel with a decent breakfast!
Desk clerk very nice. Liked the room.
Coffee great, breakfast was good
Room was very musky

They allow smoking on the third floor, our room was on the second floor and reeked of cigarettes. The wall paper is peeling off the bathroom walls, the tub faucet comes loose from the wall. NOT a 2 1/2 star hotel at all.
Nice and clean rooms were pretty breakfast was good.
When we checked in we asked to get 2 dbl beds instead of kings we had 2 rooms. The clerk said you should have told me! She looked like she didn't like her job much. Plus no hot tub by pool very disappointed. Stay at Spfld ramada limited much nicer!
The location was convenient.
The room had no serious issues, but was quite ordinary. There was no microwave, no refrigerator, and no desk.
It was adequate.
Way over rated. Certainly not a 2-1/2 star, and did not meet my expectations of a Country Inn & Suites.
We are non-smoking and got a smoking room that was the worst smelling I have ever experienced. We asked to be moved as soon as we walked into the room. They said no but sent up spray but in only added to the smell.
Close to where i needed to be
all they had was smoking rooms
Quiet location. Access to good restaurants. The bed spread was warm and cozy
The room was clean and I liked the comforter cover which had clearly been laundered. Did not use the indoor pool and only grabbed coffee and a roll so can not comment on the amenities. Quite suitable for my need to get a good night's rest.
The location was kind of difficult to find, should be more clearly lit and marked.
Location and staff
The smell of smoke everywhere. Would attached repeat customers if it was a complete non smoking hotel. Guest we're commenting about the smoke smell at breakfast.
Location was great for what we wanted. All hotel staff was excellent with the exception of the night desk clerk. The house keeping staff was exceptionally friendly and pleasant.
Some guy screaming in the hall at 1:30 in the morning. Night desk clerk not very friendly.
Breakfast was good and staff was friendly even when I checked in late.
Received a smoking room (not requested) and did not know they had them. Room definitely had a very strong smoke odor and I would have requested a change but was too tired at that point.
Good hot breakfast!
Yes, this hotel, for all priceline guest, defaults to smoking rooms and even though they say they will change you to a non-smoking room it never happens. I tried everyday to get my room changed to a non-smoking room to no avail. The smell was bad!
The breakfast and coffee, other than that it doesn't have much to offer!
It's hot tub is no longer in use and the pool needs care. Beds were hard.
ac didn't work water didn't smelled the 3 rd floor stunk not hotel faault
As a former resident of Springfield I visit home every so often and I have used this hotel several time. I will continue to stay here. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and quiet. And although we meet others for breakfast elsewhere the complimentary breakfast is great with a wide range of items to select from, well worth the money. As I see it others charge more then Country Inn and 'dont' supply a breakfast. The pillows are the only complaint I have, they were too soft and hurt my neck. But always a great stay.
We really enjoyed our stay there. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Would stay there again.
Part of our annual pilgrimage to shop for school and have fun. Location is great for stores, restaurants, etc. Nice facility, good breakfast.
