Pros. I like the staff, the room was great, Location was great, Cost was comparable
Cons. Outside of the room, the hallways and elevator felt dated. The fire extinguisher’s glass being broken-out already, kind of bothered me. I’d like a softer mattress but I know that’s different for everyone Breakfast was crowded Overall good stay, not a bad experience.
Pros. Folks at counter were very nice. Room was ckean and well kept.
Cons. Only issue was some construction work in repairing part of parking lot one day- BUT that is a necessary part of keeping a place well maintained.
Pros. The price & location were definitely great. It was a 15-20 minute drive to downtown St Louis while the nightly rate was about $50 less than hotels downtown. The breakfast was nice too. The hotel was clean & the staff was helpful.
Cons. The beds were uncomfortable.
Pros. The staff were really nice and the rooms were clean!
Cons. The pool was cold and there was some construction going in that we weren't told about before hand!
Pros. Very good location from highways and eating establishments, but felt a bit ghetto.
Cons. Shower could have been less noisy.
Pros. Nice size rooms and comfortable
Cons. Could hear walking/rolling bags in hallway easily
Pros. Best breakfast I've seen at a chain motel...hot and plentiful! Comfortable king bed. Friendly staff. Convenient location.
Cons. Although the hotel is smoke free, our room still had the smell of stale tobacco. But the owners are working on improvements, and I'm sure it will get better.
Pros. Clean rooms
Cons. Hidden fees for use of safe, not actually in St. Louis.
