Great service at evening happy hour and breakfast as well as check-in. Bed was too soft for our taste.

Very clean. nice location. free parking. staff were so nice and welcoming. free snacks in the evening and free breakfast. couldn't ask for more. will stay here again If I go to St. louis. cons : most the food they provide is pretty bland but since it's included so it's not too bad. the bed is not the best, it shakes a lot even with the slightest move so if you are a light sleeper just get twin bed...

The complimentary drinks in the evening are nice, but not when you have to wait in line 15 min or more. When long lines develop, other staff need to pitch in and help behind the bar!
I have come back to this hotel many times! It’s a great location to the hospital, zoo, and science center! Always clean! Kick back is nice meal!
Pros (+) The staff was super friendly! Breakfast and kick back had a options day to day!
Pros (+) Clean and new, especially important during a global pandemic.
Cons (-) Bed was very uncomfortable. Staff was not friendly. Facilities were average at best. And charges nearly $200 because we had a small dog. Seemed unfair and way overpriced for what you got.
Pros (+) Very clean; friendly staff.
Pros (+) Very nice surprise to find out our stay included Dinner and 3 complimentary drinks. Plus a nice breakfast buffet with excellent selection of items in the morning. Staff was very nice and professional. The room size and finishing touches are amazing for the cost of one nights stay. Full Granite counter tops and flooring in the bathroom! We loved this place
Cons (-) Nothing to list
Pros (+) Clean & great staff.
Cons (-) Limited parking.
