Traveling with my wife. Overall we liked it. A few things that were a little off-putting especially considering this is not a value-inn. For the price I expected different. Cons (-) When we arrived there were 16 people in line and only one person working the front desk and it was taking at least 5 minutes to check in each person. We arrived at 3 pm when check in begins and there was only one staff member. Even if people in line were couples that would have been a 40 minute wait. Pros (+) The rooms are very nice, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom specifically was lovely and very clean.
Cons (-) There was a wedding booked downstairs and the music was so loud you could not sleep. When we complained we were told "You're not the only guest who've complained, hopefully it's over soon". That is not a solution and im sure not the first time that has been a problem for guests. I didn't book there to sit up until 11, I won't be back.

Pros (+) there was a lot of hidden taxes and parking is $20 a night. Also you have to pay $13 a day for wifi. I would expect these fees to be included in the price, kind of disappointed but not a big deal. Just kind of annoying
Pros (+) We loved thw beds! We just wanted to slunber. Loved the spa bathroom. LIked having a robe. Good food. Nice tv. Spacious room! We felt special. This was a staycation for me and my senior mom. She enjoyed herself immensely.
