Hotel and staff were amazing. Within walking distance from the gateway arch. Only negative was the hotel is in a run down part of town.
Hotel itself is lovely . Grand old building beautifully renovated . Rooms are large and bathrooms modern and sleek . Service is dreadful . Housekeeping doesn’t seem to care . No breakfast menu only a simple buffet . Definitely not worth the $300+ a night
Pros. Everything. Was upgraded to a much larger room with a balcony. Amazing staff. Will def be back for another visit.
Cons. Nothing.
