Pros. Breakfast and the gentleman who served us at breakfast was amazing and affordable. Thank you!
Cons. The older gentleman who checked us in was a bit rude. The room was small, old and smelly.
Pros. Went to St. Louis to watch a Cardinals game. Hotel is conveniently located across the street, just a 3 minute walk from the park and close to many local sites such as the Gateway Arch.
Cons. The room we got was located directly above where a loud band played after the baseball game until 2 am. We had trouble sleeping Friday night, and switched to another room that was farther away. What's interesting is they put us in another tower, but it too looked out at the park with the band father away, but could still be heard. You would have thought they would have put us in a room on the opposite side, but they didn't. We were comp'd for the move, but still it could have been handled differently.
Pros. Close to ballpark
Cons. People to loud next door room with thin walls
Pros. Location was great
Cons. The water pressure was horrible in the shower, and our bed was not comfortable at all
Pros. Room 1230 has a wonderful view of Busch stadium.
Cons. Terrible pillows. The staff had issues with our reservation. They had a notation in computer to charge the room to an AmEX. We don't have an AmEX. The room was overpriced.
Pros. Great view of the stadium! Breakfast buffet was delicious!
Cons. East tower elevators had long wait time.
Pros. Location only good thing
Cons. Parking not included and rooms smelled weird and some of staff were very rude! Not worth the price we paid!
