Overview

Three bedroom, one bath home in central St. Petersburg with off-street parking. My house is not fancy but it is functional and comfortable. Ten minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to beaches. I require two days' notice for a booking. I need to be here and be prepared for your arrival. There is a three day minimum. I'm often gone on weekends so if you request the room you probably will NOT hear from me from Friday to Sunday. If the website closes your inquiry please resubmit. My roommate is a professional sports cameraman. You may never see him. I will host a couple for short term rentals.
