When I went to go pick up the car. The Avis person was very stressed and a little off putting and very quickly said they wouldn’t give me a car until after my scheduled appointment time. They had a few suvs and a lot of electric cars on their lot (none of which classes I ordered.) I was very calm and explained that I had an appointment I had to make, so they gave me a different class of car. The car was fine, just not what I ordered. Return experience was fine
