Pros: The staff was very friendly and courteous. Room very clean and user friendly.
Cons: Hall ways smelled like smoking rooms would normally smell, but my non smoking room did not smell bad, just the hall way to it.
Pros: Big thanks to the manager for her help & front desk person named Tina for all her help and listening and help solving the problem that we were having. The kindness of these two ladies would have me considering staying there again
Pros: no breakfast...only coffee in the lobby
Cons: coffee pot in room...bigger bath towels...continental breakfast would have been nice
Cons: Upon checking in and receiving my room keys, we went up to find that our room had not been cleaned. The front desk staff acted indifferent to this. We left for our event, upon returning to our room 4 hours later we found that it still had not been cleaned. The front desk staff moved us to another room that the cleaning staff had just finished cleaning. The new room smelled heavily of smoke and mildew. Unfortunately I had an early event the next morning so I had to settle for this room. Additionally, it smelled like something had died in the elevator. Not a good experience at all.
Pros: The best was the location for what I needed to do in the area. It is also under new ownership and I've stayed here allot this summer and can see they are putting updated things in the room to keep it fresher and clean looking. Free internet and parking.
Cons: The pool was not open, they have also taken out all ice machines and vending machines except on the first floor. They also used to offer a continental breakfast and no longer do, I wish they did. Also a channel guide for the tv channels would be nice.
Pros: The staff was excellent the manager helped us on the phone for two days before we arrive to try to get my brothers room close to my room which was really good we appreciate that she was excellent and taking care of everything for us when we arrived had a great check in and check out procedure we appreciate it we will stay with you again another time
Cons: The only thing that was not right was we did not have time to stay longer
Pros: Friendly staff and great location
Cons: There was a strong odor in elevator and smoke odor in non smoking room
Cons: Only one lamp in our room worked, and it was broken and leaning to one side. The room had an old dinosaur tube tv. Wifi sucks. Other guests had their dogs in the pool. Told front desk but nothing was done.
Cons: Room was not vaccumed.
Pros: Close to everything
Cons: Not enough pillows, bed uncomfortable

Pros: Good budget hotel. Location close to start of running race. Reasonable value for money.
Cons: Stains on the pillows.
Pros: Super nice staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: There were cockroaches and mold.
Pros: Close to where we wanted to go
Cons: Very dated. Flat pillows, uncomfortable bed, no mattress pad, no blanket. One packet of coffee for a 3 night stay. Table lamp was missing lightbulbs. This place could be very welcoming if a little attention was spent on the grounds and building.
Pros: Very friendly staff ad close to great hiking and parks.
Pros: How close it was to the train. How close it was to restaurants.
Cons: There was a dirty wash towel left. We didn’t have any clean wash clothes. When my husband went to get wash clothes from office he was given hand towels. One bed didnt have a top sheet on it.
Pros: Off season meant the room was quiet and the place was mostly empty. Room as clean and air conditioning worked.
Cons: One of the lamps was broken and needed bulb for another, no big deal but should have been caught
