The idea of you cannot smoke even if your room has a window and the main door opening system cause there are times nobody is seated at the front desk
The wonderful paintings of famous artist especially the king of rock n roll Elvis if you are fan then you have to come here and the friendliness of the staffs who are nice to even help you take as many pictures you like
Decent bed. That's it.
For a RM180/night Deluxe Queen Room it was very overpriced and small. The pillows has some stain on it. My spouse and I wanted to check out the very night we stayed but it was already past midnight we just slept with it. Should have trust our instinct & leave immediately. It was mainly because the hotel had employed a very blur can't speak English Foreigner (India/Bangla/Nepal) to take care of the front desk at night. On our second night, this particular man had actually rang the front door bell at midnight non stop just because he locked himself outside and expecting any guest that heard the bell to open the door for him. He gave an excuse saying he was helping someone but he forgot to bring the key out himself. Thanks to him, our sleep was disturbed and got me so mad at 1am. I demanded to speak to the owner or the manager but he REFUSED to give it to me and keep saying sorry. Please don't waste your time and money to consider staying here.
Good location in a bustling neighbourhood during the day. Has a lift. Room is nicely styled, but can be maintained a bit better.
Housekeeping was a bit shoddy. Was not given a bath towel, and had half a roll of toilet paper with no spares. There isn’t anyone at reception in the wee hours so I couldn’t get these items.
didn't expect hotel to be so small
Very clean. N many pillows. Comfortable bed.
The elevator a bit slow. Faster to take the stairs.
