Pros (+) The owner was extremely friendly and obliging, and immediately accommodated any request I had. The room was quiet, and the bed and TV were new. I liked the coffee service down the hall, and I also liked the location - right off the highway and close to a Tim's and a Safeway. For the price, I'd definitely stay again.
Cons (-) The one room I got smelled of cigarettes, but I was immediately (and cheerfully) given a new room when I mentioned it. The building is old, but the ongoing renovations being done promise that the hotel will be given a shiny new look in the next while.
