Great facilities, staff were great! The beach view was idyllic. Very nice beach and pool. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Fabulous breakfasts and a delightful pool. Excellent restaurants on the beach. A great place for a couple or family vacation. The children amenities (dinnerware, kids club and activities, shallow pool, the game room). Really comfortable rooms with a fantastic restaurant and bar situated around the pool right on the beach. Plenty of sun loungers and lots of shade options too. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and welcoming. Staff were excellent, beach was long and clean. Very child friendly, staff were really lovely especially in the breakfast restaurant, our kids loved them! The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. A little bit old equipment. Location was far from center. The construction works next to the hotel. There are no stores nearby. The room was a bit damp but that is because of the climate. Refrigerator was a bit noisy. Diversity of the menu was a little poor. Breakfast was of average quality. The sewage smell across the property was a bit overpowering. It was unbearable in our bathroom when the AC or candle were off. Location is a fair way out so you are a little bit of a captive audience. There is a shuttle into town but only goes a couple of times in the late afternoon. More shuttle times would make a big difference. Unfortunately no decent coffee available. There are machines at breakfast but they produce fairly ordinary coffee. A bit too much walk and steps. No elevators. The location is not ideal. The sea not attractive to swim and there is nothing to do walking distance at the surroundings. A bit humidity of quilt. Our room and out the front door had a bad smell. The food was moderate and I got ill after my last meal on our last night. First room was smelly- mold smell in the room. Rooms are not getting cleaned until 4 pm. Toilet roll randomly disappeared after room been cleaned. The children. The hotel's restaurant is a bit pricier compared to local options in Thailand, as are the massage services. However, there are two local restaurants near the beach, as well as massage services available at a third of the price. Care needs to be taken when closing room doors so it indeed clicks shut, resort is a 15-drive from the town strip, limited surrounding restaurants etc. It's a quiet place.

Low season is in September, and high season is in December.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the beach or pool comes highly recommended.

If you prefer a quieter experience, consider visiting during the low season in September when the hotel is less crowded.
