8.8 Excellent
Pros: The front desk ladies, the people at the buffet breakfast area and the other service staff are polite and very service oriented.
Cons: I noticed that the inflatables at the Aqua Park look so mossy and dirty. It would be better if it will always be maintained clean and looking attractive in the eyes of the guests.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: the staff are always smilling and accomodating i like their sea salt pool
Cons: no view from our room
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff were really kind, even the guards. Since the resort was big, there were E-cars which you can ride for free if ever you get tired of walking. The pool were the stars of this resort. Thank goodness the pools are very well maintained. Having 3 pools is also a big plus. Children do not get bored and they can go pool hopping. And of course, the location. This was a very good spot being right there at the lake itself. Great ambiance.
Cons: The breakfast and dinner buffet were not good value for money, it is overpriced based on the inclusions and food choices. The facilities were actually the ones we look forward to and not all resorts have such a list (badminton, volleyball and basketball court, spa and massage and biking etc) sadly these were not very well maintained e.g. the sports area were full of molds/algae and we are concerned of slipping. Maybe the property was just too big to maintain but this should be one important aspect to focus on since it also adds to the safety of the guests.
7.5 Good
Pros: everything the place the pools and the foods
Cons: well the check in progress it took us long to check in because the front desk also took care of the guest other needs they because they dont provide room service or no customer hotline phone everyone needs to drop by the lobby for any concerns. so the que for checking in took so long.
