Pros (+) Breakfast options were great minus the pancake machine erroring out several times making the wait longer vs. quick and easy.
Cons (-) 1) Pool was not heated as advertised, temperature was too cold and yet we promised our kids a chance to go swimming which was a total let down. 2) shower leaked everywhere- took 3 bath towels to soak it all up but still slippery.

Pros (+) Really loved our stay here for 10 days!! The staff was wonderful the beds were so perfect room was clean and the breakfast had so many choices!! This is the hotel we will always book when we come back to Florida for Tampa. Our family had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend!!!!

Pros (+) The hotel was very close to Busch Gardens, We went back and forth a few times during the day and did the night excursion, so a few trips, But since it was so close it was not a bother. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. I like that in a hotel... Breakfast was very good for a buffet, nothing overly fancy but good and filling.
Cons (-) Whirlpool did not work in the room but I am sure that will be fixed soon. The rest of the hotel was in very good repair and well groomed.

Pros (+) Pillows and bed were just ok The desk and cleaning staff were mostly nice enough but had "attitudes".
Cons (-) Well, there are so many negative issues. Here is a list: ROACHES BROKEN FRIDGE...said it would be fixed by the time we returned that day---NOPE and the room wasn't cleaned or towels brought in that day at all!! Not touched. We switched rooms. BATHROOM SINK/--water trickled out of faucet and shower old and hard to turn on. SCAREY, RUN DOWN AREA WITH VERY SMALL POOL that was next to parking lot whic...
