Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's amenities, particularly the waterpark and family-friendly activities, as well as the convenient location and cleanliness of the rooms. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues with check-in, room assignments, and lack of communication from staff. Value for price was also a concern, with several guests mentioning hidden fees and high costs for food and activities. Overall, while the amenities and atmosphere were highlights, improvements in service and pricing transparency are needed.
