10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful creative design, unlike most properties in Tarifa. Very attentive stuff. Home away from home. We'll definitely be back
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and in the old town, but a little walk to the squares so it was quiet. The staff were super nice. Do not get the room near the reception as it is very noisy. We were lucky they were able to put us up in another room which was nice. Breakfast was included and that was nice and there is an awesome rooftop lounge area overlooking Tarifa!
Cons: More expensive than some of the other hotels we stayed in inside the fortified city in Granada, Ronda and Cordoba and not as charming. Maybe Tarifa is more touristy?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Individual style and quirky decor.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We’ve travelled around Andalusia for over a week but never encountered such friendly and welcoming staff like the one in the Kook hotel. We enjoyed the nice view of the town from the rooftop many times. The room was great and had an individual touch. The breakfast was quite simple but okay. Overall it‘s a beautiful location and we would love to come back one day.
Cons: We‘ve found nothing to complain about.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place with a super positive vibe. Strong character location and nice and professional staff!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern, stylish hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had an issue with the shower which was resolved straight away and we were left cava and fruit as an apology. Great breakfast in a lovely courtyard. Ideal location.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An aesthetically beautiful gem of a hotel - in the old town but away from the noise. Delicious breakfast of fresh fruit/muesli/cold meats in the funkiest of settings. Lovely room; bathroom; balcony. Highly recommended.

Pros: No complaints - all very good
Cons: I was offered a free transfer from the airport via booking.com but when I arrived at the hotel I was told I must pay an extra 65 euros for this service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Moroccan style terrace and our Moroccan style room overlooking it. The breakfast choice was superb and the spa was very comparable to the best arab baths. The massage was extremely good and a reasonable price to use the other facilities. The swimming pool was warm and the whole ambience of the hotel was comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best hotel in the center of Tarifa ! Great professional friendly staff. Super quiet and very very clean . Loved it
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location fantastic and Hotel was lovely, spacious rooms with lovely baths and shower facilities. Underground parking for a 15 euro fee per night but worth it as parking is a nightmare.
Cons: No drinks etc. facilities up on the roof by the pool...
6.8 Good
Pros: I have been coming to Tarifa for years now. I booked at this hotel as this year I was on my own and as it advertised a rooftop pool I thought that would be great - downside is no shade at all on the roof - understandably Tarifa is very windy but there are ways for putting shade up there. Also there were no facilities for any drink or food, I had to come down to the ground floor to get a drink then take it back up !!!!! Nice hotel but too expensive for what you get - They still have some work to do on the hotel too as it lacks any atmosphere ...
Cons: Bedrooms very comfortable and breakfast good
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect City location. Amazing SPA and rooftop pool area. Clean and comfortable interior.
Cons: A little poor breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Location and cleanliness
7.0 Good
Pros: Advice: 1) Your trash cans are cute but too small and not functional. 2) Brighter bulbs have n the bathroom. 3) Pool towels at pool. In addition, we all stubbed our toes on the door stop in the middle of our floor (room 118) but it nearly broke my daughter’s toe.

Pros: Excellent location in the old town of Tarifa. We were taking an early ferry to Tangier in the morning and they offered to bring us fruit and yogurt since we would miss breakfast. We did attend breakfast the next morning and the selection was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. While you cannot actually drive to the apartments, you can park close by to unload luggage. There is secure parking available one block away.

Pros: Silos was a very positive surprise! Simone and Isabelle are truly friendly and welcoming. The building and our room showed to be magnificent and kept in a very nice and authentic way. Our room was wonderful, with a very smart bathroom solution. There was absolutely no notice from the restaurant in the building. The roof terrace has an exceptional view, and will be a perfect place for pleasuring if the winds are not as strong as it was during our stay. Silos 19 suites also offer parking close to the hotel. We definitely reccomend this place!

Pros: A charming, cosy place situated a few kilometres away from Tarifa. Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet. the common areas are simple yet very well looked after. There is a big, nicely tended communal garden where you can relax. Ideal for romantic couples. Tarifa is reachable by car or by a nice seaside promenade.
Cons: The only downside is the national road just behind the hotel, which means you will continuously hear the noise of passing cars, but this is common for all the accommodation in the area.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing, clean & pet friendly hostel situated just few minutes from old town. Staff was very helpful and kind! Free coffee & tea! Fast and free WIFI! Would definitely rate this hostel as one of the best in Tarifa I've stayed. Definitely would go back!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Eight Rooms is a basic and nice accommodation, pretty close to the Old Town of Tarifa. Reception is not open 24/7 but Rodrigo, the owner & manager, is present most of the time and always reachable by phone in case of need. Breakfast option is not available at all (but free coffee and tea are a nice detail for the guests) Rooms are essentials (we stayed in the no.7) but fine for, in my opinion, a not too long stay. Cleanliness is okay. Free public parking is easy (at least in June) in the streets around the Hostal. Very good value for money.
Cons: - In the room, there is no mini-fridge and no safe, even if none of these represented a real issue for us. A full length mirror would be appreciated. And I would place also one (extra) bin in the room. - The bathroom is spacious enough but maybe not too well organized. The basin, for example, is too small while the shower is pretty large.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very nice, rooms are clean & pet friendly. It’s a great loaction, only 2 minutes walk to get into town.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Luisa was most helpful in all aspects of our stay and the rest of the staff made it a perfect team!
Cons: Personally I like blackout curtains
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is small and beautifull. We had a black and white room. Good bed. Perfect shower. Nice and clean. Very good breakfast. Louise informed us about tourist attractions and perfect spots to go on the beach. Nice walking in town near the harbour.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Cons: This is a great hotel if you want to be right in the heart of Tarifa. Unfortunately, this comes with its downsides as the room was very loud at night and the blinds did not block out the streetlight. Resulted in a restless night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stylish, original, quality breakfast, very helpful manager
Cons: Everything about the property was great - the only problem for us was the noise throughout the night - but that’s the price you pay for being in the centre of the old town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked Everything. The location, the breakfast, the lovely Luisa, the room. Most of all the city, which was breathtaking. This place is a real hidden gem. Highly recommended.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful building, location, hospitality... loved it and will definitely stay again. Thanks!
Cons: Noisy at night but then it's peak season in Tarifa and the location is super central... totally to be expected and the lovely room came with earplugs as well.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the decor and location. Luisa was outstanding!
Cons: Nothing - all good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was amazing, and unique. In the perfect location right in the middle of the old gown section of Tarifa. Luisa who runs the boutique hotel was friendly and extremely helpful made our stay perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. .
Cons: Only drawbacks is if you have a car parking is a challenge we had to park car a bit away from hotel and walk with our bags.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Eclectic boutique hotel. The decor is fab and the rooms are all differently themed. Perfect location in centre of Tarifa Old Town. Open bar on arrival and continental breakfast in morning was great.
Cons: There was a dull beeping somewhere in the hotel that we couldn’t locate that went through the night.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is right in the old centre, so for somebody who wants to be right in the middle of all the "action" the location would be appropiate.
Cons: The noise at night is unbearable. The fact that they put earplugs in every room says enough. The bed is incredible soft, I guess some people like that but we didnt . Parking near hotel was impossible-guess you cant blame the hotel for that though-every hotel in tarifa old town will have the same problem We had the "colour room"which wasn't stylish at all, quite cheap material used throughout in the room. Bathroom : every time you showered the water runs into the room. Breakfast: not impressed at all, you could have toast with butter, marmalade, tomatoes and some ham,and some dry cakes, and that was it. A smile at breakfast from personal serving you would have been nice too .-) All in all not impressed at all and wont be back there-dont get why so many positive comments, maybe their room was better, maybe we are more "spoiled" travelers. Tarifa is a nice little town to spend a few days but next time will be staying elsewhere.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Small hotel with a beautiful garden and nice pool. Restaurant with Mexican dishes, the fajita de pollo was one of the best! Near the beach, room was ok. Nice vibe overall.
Cons: The staff in the restaurant needs some better training, especially in how to handle bills and mistakes. At check-out some items where charged on the bill while they were not for us (sign your bills!), everything solved eventually though by reception. Keep in mind the hotel is near a busy road so you will hear traffic at times. Prices of the kite surf school should be more clearly advertised (prices are per hour!)

Cons: No source of hot water in the room and no safe. Shower was difficult to handle as it didn't stay in the holder and took on a life of it's own spraying everything. We wondered if other suites above us had the same problem or worse because there was a big water mark on the ceiling.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely setting away from the town and beach in a park-type of large garden where the rooms are built almost like bungalows. I had a Junior Suite and I highly recommend these as they are higher up, with some view and much more space. Service was excellent, including a kettle that I got to prepare my morning tea.
Cons: Everything was perfect

5.0 Okay
Pros: Check in was simple and easy and the albeit tiny room was ready for us.
Cons: No real welcome or enthusiasm from reception upon arrival Room was tiny, with a blind that was impossible to open on the solitary window leaving the room with inadequate strip lighting. There was absolutely no storage space or room to sit except the bed. Bedding was dirty with public hair and dead mosquito under the only pillow I moved to sit down briefly. Shower did not work properly unless you held the shower head up, the toilet is cramped into a corner of the bathroom right by the door which again is not ideal. Whilst I understand people use this to just sleep but personally it was not suitable for us and really poor value for money. Decided not to stay for the one night but nobody questioned anything when we handed the keys back and there was nowhere to complain or provide feedback when we were leaving or we would have requested a full refund.

Pros: Absolutely everything - this is a purely zen paradise. From our room we could hear waterfall sounds and a variety of calming, meditative music. The staff were equally amazing - all so helpful and bubbly. My partner and I both speak Spanish but they made a very conscious effort to communicate in English for us.
Cons: Nothing!! Faultless :)

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great because it is very close to restaurants and pubs. The staff was very kind and wecolming. Our bed was magnificent, big and really comfortable. And the most important facility for us, finally we could take a shower with strong water pressure!
Cons: The pillows were disappointing for us and the colour of the room I think is a little strong.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a great stay at La Joyita. It was a nice place to lay my head after a long day of travel. Very clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff and great location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and the room was very clean. The staff let us do a later checkout and that was very helpful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff member was very friendly and helpful and gave good recommendations for places to eat. She also spoke excellent English. 10/10. Good location in the old town.
Cons: The room (1) was very close to reception and the window was directly onto the road so it was quite noisy during the day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location near the old town center and the port. Clean rooms, good room design, clean bathroom. Terrace on the roof.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely helpful and friendly staff Perfect location Comfortable bed
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice little village mostly of kite surfers and hostels.
Cons: Everything was expensive. Tourist trap mainly. Room was very small only good for a night. No longer than a day or two.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the room very much - but you should be careful when booking - they don't have 24/7 reception and they charge you 20 euro if you arrive after 9pm - 12am (and this information on the website you can find only somewhere far in the rules, which is difficult to do on the way). There is also a nice roof with sun beds, but we couldn't use them as the weather was windy and rainy)) The big plus is a municipal parking like 5 (or maybe even 3) min walk from the apparts!
Cons: We lived on the first floor and the room was equipped for disabled, so if you are a fan of a bit more privacy for yourself, you should ask for a different room when booking - the separation wall between the room and bathroom is more like a screen;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice , Paz ,very helpful.
Cons: Hard to find.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean, super location.

6.3 Good
Pros: Great localization and beautiful view from the roof terrace
Cons: The room was not very clean, also there was an unplesant smell in the cabinets and wi-fi is poor on the second floor.
5.8 Okay
Cons: The property is located in the old town which is fabulous unfortunately there is a nightclub opposite in the courtyard that stayed open until 5am which means not a lot of sleep. Might be great for young people who want to stay partying all night.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location in the middle of the old town is superb. Many bars, restaurants and small shops within easy walking distance. Our third floor room was well equipped, comfortable, light and airy, with access to a roof terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: There is a problem with noise from the square in front of the hotel late at night but if the windows and shutters are closed and the aircon is turned on it isn't an issue.
7.5 Good
Pros: Roof terrace. Central location. Comfy bed.
Cons: With central location there came noise when the club across the square is open(until 7am,) so take ear plugs! The sun loungers are very old and uncomfortable, could do with replacing.
5.5 Okay
Cons: There are 2 nightclubs outside the room. The keys didn’t work No iron No receptionist Very loud and the room isn’t black out at night Very small bed and you can hear the neighbors above in their bed. Very awkward and uncomfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and rooms
Cons: Heard the neighbors bathroom. Really busy around hotel thursday to saturday!! Could be loud..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Would rebook and recommend ... Good location, helpful staff. Roomy and clean. Lovely roof balcony which we couldn't use as it was extremely windy. We only stayed the night as we were travelling through to Morocco the next day.
Cons: Can't think of anything at all.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Firstly the outside terrace was not clean, the sun loungers were covered in bird poop and wasn't as shown on your site, it was in a very noisy area, the first night I was kept awake from 2am until 5am with the nightclub opposite had to go out next day and buy ear plugs. No iron, no toaster, no tea towels, although it accommodated dogs it is not dog friendly with the winding stairs up to the roof terrace. Would not stay here again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice house, clean and neat. Nice landlord
Cons: A bit noicy at night due to nightclub nearby
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, good facilities and great location
Cons: My room had no terrace or outdoor space but others did.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-in, and express check-out. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location excellent, near the port and in the centre of the Old Town
Cons: Hotel lists Parking as one of their facilities, which is why we chose that hotel. The parking is in the street (if you can find somewhere) or local car parks but is NOT one of the hotel facilities. Portable ac unit very noisy.
6.8 Good
Pros: Personnel (which is one lady for 3 hotels) is fine. Location is very comfortable.
Cons: Actually it’s a a very poor guesthouse with paper walls so you hear absolutely everything from your neighbors’ room. Shouldn’t cost it’s money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My partner and I loved our stay! Great location and very comfortable. Will stay here again. Great value for money.
Cons: It wasn’t sound proof.
5.8 Okay
Cons: The bathroom. First you get to the shower and only after to the toilet or to the sink. It quite loud in the nights because the bar is across the street.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location is good. Very close to the port.
Cons: Difficult to find the front door, because there's no sign on it. After 2pm, there's no reception, you have to call them and then, everything you need, you have to make a phone call. And since it's just next to the street, it's a little bit noisy.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: we have stayed in the hotel before and would stay again, location is very good.
Cons: Wouldn't have stayed again if there was anything we didn't like.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, easy to find - good hotel bar at the sister hotel across the road.
Cons: The location was noisy, both external noise and you could also hear the other hotel guests very clearly...
5.8 Okay
Pros: The property is very well located in the heart of Tarifa
Cons: Only one wall plug worked , lights not working in the shower/bathroom, stain on the sheets, the shower bathroom toilet combined is really useless, you have to walk in the wet shower to use the toilet or the sink. No working WiFi at all!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location (old city center), 5 min walking to the ferry port, nice cafes and restaurants close by, excellent staff (finaly with very good english, which is not so common in Spanish hotels).
Cons: We arrived on Andalusia day so the old city center was closed for cars. Likely we find a spot at the parking inside the port which is some 200 metres from the hotel (although not cheap). The bathroom is hostal level and without heating, which is not very convenient in the winter season.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Very bad smell in the room. The person at the reception offered us a room in the neighboring hotel, but the owner of the hotel opposed it. They offered us another room where the smell was smaller. Due to the late hour of arrival we had to spend the night in this room. I do not recommend this hotel at all !!! Old part of town was closed, unable to reach hotel by car.
