Pros: The hotel is located almost a walking distance from Wafi Shab
Cons: Calling the place "resort" it's a big mistake, we are leaving in 21st century and the place DOESN'T PROVIDE WIFI!!! During my stay the pool was under maintenance but anyway seeing the size of the pool was very disappointing. There is a beach but the hotel doesn't provide any sunbeds... And I think one of the worst part is a restaurant which actually shouldn't be called a restaurant - a place with very poor quality buffet and no drinks selection (not even a Coca Cola), plus near by the hotel you won't find any place to eat so there is no choice. The only good think about this hotel is a comfortable room but definitely not for the price you pay! I wouldn't recommend to stay there to anybody....
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good service at breakfast. We were upgraded to a larger room than we booked as there was no pool available.
Cons: No pool, as advertised and the area going down to the beach is in need of renovation. There are rusted railings which look pretty dismal. AC in room didn't adjust so it was too cold to keep it on. TV had no channels available.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Didnt find the renovations an issue at all Very helpful staff Pleasantly surprised after previous reviews We enjoyed our stay
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We like everything there:-)
5.4 Okay
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: under construction
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was great for Wadi Shab. Food at restaurant was good (simple but well done), and well priced. View was spectacular. Staff was polite and kind.
Cons: Not a higher end hotel as far as finishes, but was proceed like it was higher end (I.e. overpriced). Primarily booked for the pool, and it was closed during the stay. No notice ahead if time.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: This is an overpriced hotel with few amenities to deserve half the price. They are only able to get away with pricing as it’s close to Wadi Shab without any competition. It’s a shame. The location is all that is going for it. The staff at the restaurant were very professional and attentive. Good food.
Cons: No running water (none!). Not for showers or toilet. No phones (entirely out during entire stay). No wifi/Internet. No working TV (no cable or antenna signals). No pool. Seriously. This is not worthy of a “resort” or any hotel at this price. Ridiculous. Worth staying in Sur or Muscat and just avoiding this place entirely.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything’s
Cons: Nothing
