Cons: After travelling 10hrs in car a hot shower was what was needed. Clearly it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest as his facial hair was literally all over the tiles where he'd cleaned his razor. Water was also only luke warm. Steaks in restaurant tasted nice were also cold!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to the center of the little town. Loved the fire place! The eclectic decor with little points of interesting bits and pieces. And really loved the loaf of homemade bread awaiting us in the kitchen. And high on the list was just how lovely and clean and fresh the whole place was!
Cons: Nothing really; we rose to the fun challenge of the outside bath and loo!
6.7 Good
Pros: The owners had the fire going upon arrival which was a lovely touch
Cons: There was nothing clearly stated that the bathroom and toilet were not within the room. it was a shock that in such cold climate that this would not be clearly stated online or within details provided about the room. Power outlets were extremely limited, with no in room details stating where extra power boards and power cords could be found.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Cozy bungalow in a good location. Delicious "welcome bread".

Quick response from Julie when we rang with a query. Bathroom and toilet are outside, along a veranda. Terry towelling bathrobes a nice touch.
Cons: Only drawback was shower is over bath, and no grab rail, so we considered it too risky for person with limited mobility.

Pros: Loved everything else.
Cons: The one thing that can be a challenge is the rest room and bath room are outside away from the bungalow making it hard for winter nights.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed and fresh linen
Cons: Walk to the bathroom and shower
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We took our own food. But appreciated the home made bread. We LOVED the fire.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the free snacks and the clean new room and bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They supplied bottles of water, nibblies & biscuits, free of charge. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed & apparently just been renovated. Would definitely stay here again if travelling through.
Cons: The room was a bit small but we were only staying one night so not a problem. They did have larger rooms but we chose the cheaper room. "Don't judge a book by its cover" theory. Had we not booked ahead we may not have stayed there as the outside was a facade of an old pub, but the motel rooms were out the back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent accommodation super clean newly renovated. Very comfortable beds. Excellent wet area.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We were the first to stay after a refurbishment of the property. Could not fault the cleanliness. Newly renovated room and bathroom, not huge but perfectly formed. The bonus of this property is that you’re not on the main road, so no traffic noise. Very generous tea ,coffee and biscuits, chips etc,a lot of thought has gone into making this property very comfortable.
Cons: There was no breakfast on offer but to us that wasn’t really a big deal.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast supplies were first class, more than ample for us. Everything was there that we could possibly need. The cottage really is cosy and upon entering the music was playing the reverse cycle air/con was on: just like walking into a friends house. It was very welcoming.
Cons: I hate criticising anything, but the smallest detail if I had to say anything, would be the lack of a clean scourer underneath the kitchen sink and very little dish washing detergent supplied. The bottle was nearly empty. We took it as an oversight which didn't worry us, as we just purchased our own. But it did concern us that other travellers might not be as easy to get on with as what we are and could make a "meal" out of something so trivial.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cottage was clean & tidy & centrally located to everything. The king size bed was very comfortable. We will be back with our mini foxie (who was made welcome) next time we are in tenterfield.

7.5 Good
Pros: Beds great, fridge, air con etc good. Lady on phone very nice. Don't think many room left - so guessing this was an older room.
Cons: Bathroom not as clean as I hoped. Was not the greatest as a disabled room - bathroom too small. A couple of plates and bowls, spoons and knives would have been much appreciated. We got in late and left early - thought with microwave fridge kettle and toaster all provided - crockery and cutlery would have been too. Wind/breeze did come in around the door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were excellent, toaster, microwave etc. Parking is covered and outside room. Meal of ribs delivered to the room was excellent value for money.
4.2 Okay

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed and sofa, extra blankets in the cupboard and a good heater
