The breakfast comes from a great cafe and the place is comfortable and clean and very well located in a beautiful town. We had a lovely stay here.

From the moment we met our host, to the day we sadly had to leave, our stay in Termoli was wonderful. It was delightful to meet our charming host unlike other properties where self check in, prevents personal contact with the owner. Pietro delivered fresh towels and toiletries every second day along with café vouchers for breakfast at a very good cafe. Very high standard of cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay in a superbly renovated and styled apartment in the historic centre.

exceptionally difficult to find with a sat nav, cannot get car anywhere near and as a Brit attempting to communicate on the phone was nearly impossible. pure luck finding a parking space which you do have to pay for(not free) and then a difficult trek to the room which was only found by the assistance of a resident. Description of this place needs to highlight in greater detail the possible issues.

All perfect! Clean and comfortable, very good location! And Piero is very friendly, who gave us really good advice, we had the best dinner in the restaurant he suggested.

While the location close to the station offers easier parking, consider requesting a room in the old town for a more pleasant experience.
