Pros: From the moment I booked the room on line this place was a great experience! I called right after I booked it and spoke to a lady named Katie. She confirmed my reservation and was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. We didn't arrive til later in the night on a Friday night and was greeted warmly by Kevin at the front desk and another young lady. I'm not sure of her name. After we arrived in the room, I realized I forgot my toothbrush and called to ask Kevin if they had any disposables. He offered to bring them to the room, which was very nice because we were exhausted from the drive. The room was very clean and beautiful inside. We stayed in a double queen room with a view from the back of the Inn of the lake. Can't say enough great things about this facility!
Enjoy your visit to Oakland with a stay at Inn At Deep Creek. Guests can enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool, and hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and mountain biking are nearby. Rooms feature conveniences like kitchenettes, along with balconies or patios and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: We had a great weekend at Wisp right before the summer rush! The resort offered a wide range of activities, the rooms were large and clean, and the location was great!
Cons: The beds were not extremely comfortable, and we had trouble regulating the temperature in the room. (But to be fair, that could be user error!)
Pros: One of the best attributes of Wisp resort is its staff from the hotel, restaurant, instructors to ski patrol. Friendly, helpful and just pleasant and nice.
Pros: The hotel is nothing special, in need of refurbishing and updating but clean. You're staying for the great location to what Deep Creek has to offer, so enjoy that
Cons: Dingy, scuffed up hallways

Cons: Didn't feel it was the cleanest the bathroom had wall damages that were repaired with tape and repainted
Pros: Very clean. Has been maintained well. Many Pokemons around...
Cons: It was very difficult to connect to its wifi. You need to try many times.
Pros: Friendly staff members
Cons: There was no hot breakfast compared to the room rate
Pros: check in was extremely quick, the room was immaculate, the staff was courteous. I definitely will stay again if in the area.
Pros: Right off the freeway and for the area it seemed to be the best option around. Very clean and seemed pretty much new, comfy beds and everything was in order. I have stayed in hotels that were more than double in price and weren't half as nice.
Cons: Only small thing and it's not a big deal at all was, the shower surround on top where the wall meets was a bit bubbly and starting to fall apart on the far wall.

Cons: It was dirty. There was no one around to help us when we needed help. The bed was so noisy we thought it was going to collapse. Room was very very small. Booked room 24 got the dreaded room 23 when asked why they switched us was told 23 is their best room
Dirty rooms, key left on counter with list of patrons when we arrived and no staff member to be found. Staff rarely spoke except when the room key didn't work and had to be replaced. Their breakfast was danish in plastic wrap that looked old as the icing had turned clear and we had to make our own coffee. The breakfast items were boxes of cereal and there was no milk. The restaurant the evening of our arrival was empty so we chose not to eat there. The cook was on the front porch instead of in the kitchen. The resident cat came with the front porch and it would have been nice to know as my spouse is allergic to cats! I cannot believe that a house with such a beautiful exterior could be so shabby inside. The room door was made of plywood and the only nice furnishing was the iron bed, but the mattress was ancient and tough on your back and legs. A total disappointment for the long and winding ride 20 miles off the interstate.
Pros: The front porch was lovely
Cons: Filthy room - dust everywhere and big A/C unit at foot of the bed that was attached to the window by a big hose. The mirror was spotted with toothpaste from a past patron and the room smelled terrible.
When visiting Kingwood, The Preston County Inn is a great choice to consider. Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby rafting, and free perks include continental breakfast.
Cons: The facilities were dirty and worn out. Dirty carpets in the hallways and stairwells, bugs and spiders in the public windows. Musty cigarette smell in our first room and throughout the hallways - must have had flooding or water damage.
Pros: No way to combek
Pros: 1st room reeked of cigarette smoke for a non-smoking room. Door locks need to have new batteries as they did not work well. Room was both large and clean. Old motel. It is what it is. I will stay there again but not with the wife.
Pros: The location.
Cons: The room was dark even with bedside lamps. It also felt cool and damp.
Pros: The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Pros: Location to lake
Cons: The floor had not been swept. Offered continental breakfast it was put out around 4:25am. And at 6:40 had not been refreshed the coffee was cool and we decided to go to Perkins for breakfast because of this
Pros: it was very cute and charming and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Great location. Very close to Wisp Resort. Bathroom was nice.
Cons: Hotel in very bad shape. Felt like we were in Tiajuana.. chair was broken bed was slanted.

Cons: No coffee pot. Could hear everything going on in rooms on either side. Crowded room. Difficult parking
Pros: Very clean for the one star rating. Nice staff directed us to nearby reasurants. Restaurant next door has a great breakfast. The country roads were in beautiful fall colors.
Pros: breakfast at Beckys cafe was good
Cons: Smelled musty, mold on bathroom ceiling, outdated heating system. Took an hour to get to from the interstate.
