* Spacious, comfortable rooms * Exceptionally clean * Friendly staff * Fantastic food buffet for both breakfast and dinner * Lovely Argo taverna with a delicious set menu dinner * An on-the-site á la carte restaurant (did not try it out) * A large lobby bar and a smaller pool one with plenty of drinks to choose from * Two outdoor pools for adults and one indoors * Two outdoor jacuzzies and one indoors * Beautiful shore and sea * Plenty of sunbeds. It would be difficult not to find a spare one! * Daily (except for Thursdays) organized activities to keep you busy * Daily evening shows to suite all tastes. * A shop to provide you with the necessities (drinks, basic foods), cloths, basic cosmetics and some souvenirs at reasonable prices * Great Afrodite Spa with plenty of procedures (and their combinations!) to choose from * Two minutes walk from a bus station and the bus takes you directly to town centre (approx. 15 minutes ride) * The possibility to book many tours around Kos, surrounding islands and even Bodrum (Turkey)
* The entrance to the sea is rocky but the hotel has put in sand bags to make it easy to walk across the stones * The indoors pool could do with some heating! * Having to leave!
Everything! From the welcome at reception, concierge, the spacious rooms, the friendly staff, the enormous food choice, the cleanliness and the facilities, the beach, the bar service...everything was carefully thought out. I can only rate my shared pool experience, but my daughter stayed in a standard room in the main building and really enjoyed her stay too. I will definately be going back! We went in Sept, so I can't say what it's like in very high season, but they seemed to cater well for children.
If I had to have a niggle, I would say that privacy in the pool share villas 501 onwards to 511 and opposite had very little privacy from the ongoing walking traffic along the main pathway. Even a folding screen would have helped.
Wow. Wow. Wow. Could not fault this hotel in any way. The staff, food, facilities, cleanliness and live entertainment were all superb. My husband and I stayed here for one week for our honeymoon and upon arrival we were given a free room upgrade. The range and quality of food was exceptional. One evening for dinner you could select your own fresh whole Seabass that was cooked right in front of you. All the staff we meet seemed to genuinely love their jobs there. A few staff that stood out to us were Elena, Andre and Vivi. The entertainment staff were so professional and their performances were varied and extremely entertaining. We will be back again!!!
The place is beautiful and the staff very welcoming, There is a lot of variety of food The pools are huge and beautiful
We ordered the deluxe suite with hot tub which wasn’t hot at all, when we asked for someone to come and fix it they didn’t come so we hardly could use it...
