Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing local attractions. Some guests highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of certain staff members, especially at breakfast and reception. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness issues, such as mold, dirty towels, and old rooms. Service at the front desk and from housekeeping is often criticized, with reports of unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. Noise from nearby nightlife and public plazas is a frequent concern, affecting sleep quality for many visitors. Overall, while the location and some staff are appreciated, improvements in cleanliness, service, and soundproofing are needed.
