All, from location to cocktails. Great staff, room refreshed during dinner. A great environment. A must stay
That we had to leave
Large spacious rooms
Although we booked an overwater bungalow we did not have access to the sea from the room.
The island was secluded and private.
The restaurant menu is nearly the same each day and there are a limited number of activities offered. For that reason, this is a great place to stay for 3-4 nights.
We were not sure if we wanted to go there because of the many negative comments but I really don't understand the comments. The houses are beautiful, big, with a nice view and right on top of a beautifull choral reef where you can snorkel like nowhere else. Staff was super friendly, food was good, free use of snorkel gear and kayaks. Free shuttles to the village every day. Yes, it's not the cheapest restaurant, but it's good value for money especially at such a location. Only the 850xpf mineral water was a bit too much. Oh btw, the glass floor in the house is so nice! We would definitely recommend this place, it's paradise!
the location is beautiful
Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort is a remarkable getaway in French Polynesia and is comprised of an array of thatched-roof suites and overwater bungalows, it sits on an atoll and oversized lagoon among the Tuamotu island chain. Nearby to a wild coconut grove and a stunning pink sand beach, it is 40 miles to the Rangiroa Airport. The setting is utterly unique for its array of white or pink beach sands, and it is that setting that will provide the many activities that guests savor throughout a stay.
A world-class resort, it offers visitors a long list of services and amenities that include free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool area, a gift shop, hotel boat shuttle, water sports equipment that includes canoes and snorkeling, beach volleyball court, badminton, and more. There is a restaurant and bar, with the restaurant offering three meals a day and a blend of European and Polynesian cuisine. Housed in a traditional Polynesian fare pote structure, dining is an experience visitors treasure. There are also business and meeting services, tours, and the Tavai Spa that offers a long list of wellness, relaxation and healing treatments.
Accommodations at the resort included onshore and overwater options. All will have authentic Niau thatched roofs, island-style furnishings, and art, and overwater bungalows have glass floors for ocean viewing. All rooms have air conditioning, minibars, terraces, satellite TVs, private baths and premium linens and toiletries.
Utterly unique, luxurious and beautiful, the Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort is a world-class destination to put on the must-see list.
