The continental breakfast was excellent.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Close to the Tillamook Cheese Factory and grocery stores. Our room smelled and the TV was outdated and didn't work. After that we wanted to watch movies on my laptop, but their wifi wasn't working either. A continental breakfast was included but it was sub par and everything was pretty empty when we got there.
Good price. Good information Old.
We were traveling with four adults and six kids under 12. We needed a place to stay the night while heading up the coast. We were able to get adjoining rooms with a kitchenette. The facility is dated but pretty clean. The staff was great about getting us extra towels, pillows, a rollaway and everything else we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool. The free breakfast was basic but adequate. Didn't see an elevator. I'd call and ask if there is one if that would pose a problem for you.
The staff was cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, they had our roll-away bed to the room fully made up within minutes of our arrival along with an extra towel and guest supplies. The restaurant was clean and pleasant and the food was excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good as well. The pool, spa and sauna were quite relaxing and there is a nice workout room as well. The pillows are very small and a bit lumpy.
No elevator. Air conditioner not working properly. Pillows too small. Asked to change rooms after we already put our things away. Restaurant service not very good.
The Sauna was great! The pool was filthy, The spa had sand in it, and the room was really far away from the amenities.
This hotel needs to be updated. The room keys are actual keys, WITH your room number on them - not safe if you lose your key. The bedding was comfortable, but quite dated. Almost everything was dated. One front desk person was super nice, one was super rude. The housekeeping staff was nice (one came in to kill a big spider for me)! The restaurant/lounge was unlocked but no one was in there - not sure if they were open or closed. There are not many hotels/motels to stay in if you need to stay in Tillamook - this one is probably your best bet, but don't be expecting anything fancy or modern.
We liked the expansiveness of the rooms. The breakfast was better than most. The value was excellent based on cost.
Suite setup, price, cleanliness, walking distance to several restaurants. Great choice for work travel with more than one person. No major complaints. Furniture a little beat up, but it's a cheap room and that's to be expected.
Spacious clean room Noise from street, Limited items for breakfast
2 different bedrooms with queen beds, giving more privacy with bathroom in between. Meager packaged breakfast, no hot items. Not in good repair. Bed a little too soft.
The only thing I liked was the location and price. It's in a cute, small, and quiet location. All our favorite beaches are less than an hour's drive. I didn't get housekeeping to come the entire 4 days my family and I stayed. Nobody cleaned the room, or brought towels. When I went down to ask the front desk lady about it, she was already getting really rude to the lady in front of me and as I expected she gave me some snarky excuse and told me to go to the laundry room and get my own towels. Front desk lady needs to retire, it's all too obvious she hates her job.
Staff was pleasant, facilities clean and in very good condition, easy to find location. We were very satisfied...nothing we didn't like
Had to stand in th hallway to use the wifi , very weak signal in the room 326
The bed was okay. We used to stay here when it was a Best Western. They used to have a great complimentary breakfast buffet. Not now. The facility needs a lot of work. Nothing big was bad just a LOT of little things combined to make it poor.
Very clean, quiet with good selection of movies to rent, very nice pool & hot tub, very frendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast was nasty unless you like cold cereal & oatmeal that you can fix yourself. We ate out for breakfast & lunch.
This small hotel exhibits a touch of class that is hard to come by in this small fishing community. The staff is attentive to details that most hotels forget nowadays. They focus on all the small things to brighten your day. The breakfast and snacks are amazing. There is no typical continental breakfast here. Most vacationers will find their pallet satisfied with something from the wide variety of foods offered as a no additional cost breakfast. The pool was on the colder side and the spa jets were in need of repair, however the staff turned the heat up on the pool and the spa appeared to be getting some attention.
Great location in the heart of the town. Breakfast was excellent as were nightly snacks. Especially appreciated the different types of light snacks provided. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy to find and park at. Disappointed the hot tub was not in service and pool was cold. Was really looking forward to using both.
wonderful display and variety of help yourself food in the lobby and breakfast room. It was constantly being replenished, and was always fresh and provided with a smile.
Facilities were well maintained. Room was nicely appointed and space was used well. The location was ideal for my purposes. The entire facility including rooms had a odd smell. It was not overwhelming, but seemed to permeate everything.
Love the free snacks provided, especially the free popcorn. The drain in the shower was clogged, and by the end of my shower I was standing ankle deep in water.
