Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location near the railway station, bus stand, and local attractions, making it convenient for travelers. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including unclean rooms and bathrooms. Service was also frequently criticized, with complaints about staff behavior, lack of responsiveness, and requests for extra money. While a few guests found the hotel to be good value for its price, opinions on this aspect were mixed. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
