It is a location worth considering if you plan to visit Rome and travel through Italy by car. Since city centre is restricted and private/public parkings may be expensive, a location furter from centre offering a free parking is convenient. Especially that hotel is very close to Bagni di Tivoli train statin from which you have many trains to Rome Tiburting (2.10 EUR) and later a metro. Room is with OK standard. We had a double one but with four beds (although I am not sure if we would feel comftable and have enough space if there would be sb. except two of us). Breakfas is of Italian type - sweets only (nothing special) and good coffee. WiFi signal was good.
If you travel to Rome by train or car the location may be incovenient for you wrt ones in city centre. There is also not that much to do in the neighbourhood. Most people at the recep does not speak English.
They were very friendly and accommodating, giving insight to local sights and information.
The staff was more than great- typical warm-hearted, kind and pleasant Italians. Even though they are not very good at English- that was not a problem to communicate with them, since they are extremely helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, as well as the bed. It is very close to the railway station, and there is supermarket next to the hotel. Our car was in front of the hotel (hotel's parking, so we were safe about it.
Friendly staff, secure parking, good matress, nice breakfast (sweet) with croissants, juice and good Cappuccino. Not just one, but two, if you like. The hotel is sure not the Waldorf Astoria, but it is a decent place. Around the corner, past the small supermarket, is a nice self service Pizza-place, where you can sit outside and have pizza and beer with the locals. Don't forget to make eye contact with the people, and smile, and they will smile back at you and be very friendly.
