The location of the hotel cannot be better. It is in the heart of Ginza where you can eat, shop, or just walk around. It is a very easy commute from either Narita airport or Haneda. We landed in Narita and just took the Keisei access. After 80mins train journey, we are in the heart of Ginza! The hotel design is amazing. It is really chic and user friendly. It has everything. Washing machine (needs to pay extra), ice-maker and hotel guest-only access to 7-11! We stayed in a standard double room and it was stunning. It was really spacious even though it is the expensive Ginza. It has a sofa (how good it that!), a side table and a wardrobe, which is pretty much what you need for a visit to Tokyo. Of course, safe and mini bar are also provided. I would really recommend you to stay here if you don't want to spend tons on hotel but want to get a decent stay!
I find the sink in the room is a bit annoying since the desk top can get really humid and wet. However, I can't think of a way that you can put the sink in a better location given the size of the room :-)
A very nice hotel, excellent location, nice area
The room was a little bit too small
Good location to visit Ginza and short walk to Ginza metro.
Blunt welcome. That is, handed list of "don'ts" including no being in pyjamas outside room - yes really - I mean who does that anyway! and hotel will not contact you if you leave something behind, and fee of 1200 Yen if you lose room key card - Its a card for goodness sake. No late check out even 30 mins without high fee (leading to crowed lifts and queues at 10am) etc. Ok if they want tom provide his kind of information then at least have a preamble where you do actually welcome people to the hotel.
Room was well set up for maximising space in a location where space is at a premium. Had a good design with bathroom/shower on one side, toilet on other and basin in room. Pleasant furnishings. Very clean and room made up very promptly. In the Ginza area near to shopping streets and airport bus to Haneda.
Towels were a little skimpy and could have been larger and softer. On arrival we were provided with a list of rules that was a bit offputting. Check out at 10 am which was earlier than other hotels in Japan we visited. Charge for additional hours on checkout day.
Good area, handy links to ginza and to trains to other areas
Small rooms (can be expected in Japan) so squeezing 2 large suitcases was a struggle
