Pros. Location was convenient for business and pleasure.
Cons. Room decor was very dated. It was nothing like the photo advertised.
Pros. Location, it is adjacent to a subway exit.
Cons. Literally everything but the location. It is a 2-1/2-star facility with delusions of adequacy.
Pros. All of the toiletry items are there in case you forget. If you take subway it's just around the corner. However if you take Jr. Lines it will be a 15 minute walk to hotel. Resturant downstairs with breakfast coupon from hotel is a great breakfast buffet and a great way to start your day. Golden gai is only 9 minutes away.
Cons. Room was very dusty and turned on air filter for a better nights sleep but pillows were very hard it made getting a good nights sleep very difficult between sneezing and getting comfortable.
Pros. It's a great location by the Higashi-Shinjuku train station. Staff is very nice and very clean.
Cons. Mattresses are hard to sleep on.
Pros. My experience here was excellent. The staff was awesome, friendly, efficient, professional in every way. The rooms were quite clean. Mine might have been a tad small for a couple, but for just myself it was fine. It is located about 15 steps away from exit B@ of Higashi Shinjuku station on the F line of Tokyo train system. The price is fair and I would highly recommend it and will stay again myself when I return to Tokyo.
Cons. The F line is a minor hassle compared to other lines of the train system, but this is a very minor inconvenience that only came in to plahy once or twice in my week in Tokyo.
Pros. Very conveniently located right at a subway stop and very close to Shinjinku and the Golden Gai. Hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly. There is a good breakfast buffet that was not very expensive and very convenient. We decided to add a night on our way back after being in kyoto for a few days and decided to stay here. Be ready for small rooms, but I think this is normal for in the city. We really liked the hotel.

Poor internet service, small room. Didn’t really like this hotel much.
What can I expect from the hotel's location?
Conveniently located next to the B2 exit of Higashi Shinjuku along Fukutoshin line. Acceptable walking distance to Shinjuku, Kabuchiko. Room is well equipped with basic necessities. Standard small room. Complete Amenities bar which includes hair and beauty face masks.
What are the highlights of the hotel's amenities?
Super close to the Shinjuku station, close to 7/11 and family mart. Clean, friendly staffs and you don’t even have to bring any toiletries. They provide EVERYTHING. Down to the salt bath. No joke.
What practical information should I know about the hotel's facilities?
Friendly staff and clean room, very easy access to 2 different main train lines, convenient store right by the station entrance. The room is a bit small for 2 people but the bed is enough. The washroom is tiny with little counter space. The vent wasn't cleaned so it was dusty. But overall the staff were very helpful, you can leave your luggage with them before check in or check out time.
