Pros (+) Location was convenient for business and pleasure.
Cons (-) Room decor was very dated. It was nothing like the photo advertised.

Cons (-) Literally everything but the location. It is a 2-1/2-star facility with delusions of adequacy.
Pros (+) All of the toiletry items are there in case you forget. If you take subway it's just around the corner. However if you take Jr. Lines it will be a 15 minute walk to hotel. Resturant downstairs with breakfast coupon from hotel is a great breakfast buffet and a great way to start your day. Golden gai is only 9 minutes away.
Cons (-) Room was very dusty and turned on air filter for a better nights sleep but pillows were very hard it made getting a good nights sleep very difficult between sneezing and getting comfortable.

Mine might have been a tad small for a couple, but for just myself it was fine. It is located about 15 steps away from exit B@ of Higashi Shinjuku station on the F line of Tokyo train system. The price is fair and I would highly recommend it and will stay again mysel...
