Pros. About a 20-minute walk from JR Okachimachi Station, which is a 10-15 minute train ride on the Yamanote line from popular East Tokyo destinations like Akihabara, Ginza, and Asakusa. Hotel was easy to find and near cheap, but good food options, i.e. Chiyoda Sushi in the Satake strip.
Cons. No free TV, but we weren't at the hotel much except to sleep. Smoking rooms had a strong smoke smell-- the don't guarantee your room type. And internet is via a LAN cable, but they provide you with one in the room.
