Overview

Private home with 2 room suite and private bath upstairs. Quiet and peaceful yet close to beach and downtown Wilmington. Great breakfasts specializing in homemade blueberry pancakes, ( gluten free and vegan too). Owner lives on property. Sunporch, outdoor deck, hammock and hottub available. Close to 3 golf courses, great restaurants and marina. Space to tie up small boat at my private dock. TV, VCR, DVD, and WiFi provided. Close to Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehab Center. (host volunteers with turtle program). Sleeping arrangements are queen bed in bedroom, queen sofa bed in den, one full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Refrigerator in room, access and use of sunporch, deck, hammock, hottub, dock and kayaks. Free laundry facilities. Grill and picnic area. Smoking in outside areas only.
