Four Seasons launched out of Toronto, and this is the flagship hotel.

There is a 24 hour concierge and a multilingual staff. Other facilities include a two story spa, indoor heated pool, terrace, hot tub and Jacuzzi, sauna and more. Guests can use the business center, fax and photocopying, and meeting and banquet facilities.

The hotel's restaurant is called Café Boulud and it serves a globally inspired menu provided by Chef Daniel Boulud. Dbar serves cocktails and appetizers.

Rooms have floor to ceiling windows and spa like granite bathrooms. Children receive their own welcome amenities including bathrobes, toiletries, a complimentary in-room movie and family swim time.
