Prepaid for car and signed up for Fast Track so I would not have to go to the counter. I got there 10 minutes after closing time (5pm) and There was no car set aside for me. I did not end up getting a rental car and there was nobody willing to help me. The manager said that he did not want to talk to me.

I really appreciate the service, i got from the staff. Especially, when i forgot my ID at home and they arrange the best solution/way for me.

When I was providing my payment information to check the car out, the man at the front desk asked what time I would be back at. I said I should be back by 1:00pm. He then said that if I wanted to bring the car back later I was able to, as I had paid the car up until the next day. I thanked him for letting me know and so I brought the car back at 2:00pm. I just checked my credit card statement and was charged extra. When I called Budget a customer service representative (who was very helpful, his name was Julius) told me the reason why I was charged extra was for an overnight fee. I’m not too sure why I was charged this when the man at the front desk literally offered me to drop the car off later, as he said I had already paid for a full 24 hours. This is super misleading for extra money and I’m pretty disappointed. Thank goodness Julius was so understanding and offered a refund right away. Additionally, I had brought the car back originally at 1:30pm but one of the workers told me I had to leave and fill the tank up and bring the car back (which I was never told at the checkout either). I saw really bad reviews for this location but was hoping for the best. I will not be returning for future rentals.

At the moment of the pickup, I was told there was no car. I missed my flight, I missed my meeting. The people at Budget told me apparently between third party sites like Kayak and the actual car rental company, it is common to have inventory errors, so this is the end of me using your services, as this was a major financial loss.

It’s not about budget, just about kayak No customer service, you can’t do any communication with kayak customer service. If you found any channel tell me please. Misleading of the car type

The car wasn’t ready when I arrived. I had to wait more than half an hour, but they upsized me (medium SUV instead of midsize) and knocked a few bucks off the price.

We made a reservation to pick our car up for 5pm on a Sunday, showed up at 5:03 (from the airport) and there was no one there to give us our car. I understand that we were late a couple minutes, but if you know you have a car going out would you not wait to give the car? Even wait 10 minutes?? Ended up having to go back to the airport to get a vehicle. Do not accept a time to pick up a car is no one is going to be there to give the car out.

All of the staff were helpful and courteous.I called to ask whether I could pick up a bit early (40 minutes, as it turns out) and said that I would drop off earlier. However, when the person at the counter handed me my contract, the price included a $12 parking surcharge and an additional $25 to $35 for the early pickup (can't remember). I got them to fix the early pick up fee, but the "parking surcharge" stayed. That is appalling. Parking is a cost of business for them, so if they are going to add a surcharge for it, then why not a customer service surcharge, cleaning surcharge, etc. It felt like dishonest nickle and diming and reminded me why I haven't used Budget for about 10 years. They did the same thing to me in Vancouver in the early 2010s.
