The staff at hotel X are the friendliest I’ve ever met. The hotel is super clean, and comfortable.. We ordered room service, for dinner, which was delicious and went for breakfast in the morning which was also great. .Would definitely stay there again.!

Cons (-) Shortly after arriving we wandered into the library restaurant. There was a sign that said: “Wait to be Seated.” We did so and the hostess asked our Room number and we complied. Cons (-) Honestly, we're booked and paid for a room with 3 guests, but everything from soap and shampoo to bathrobes and coffee cups for the Nespresso machine were for only 2 people. We had to call and request extra supplies.
